Thwifty is scammers
Do not order from Thwifty. They are scammers. i paid for 3 items over AED 4000, its been few months,, still they did not deliver the items. i requested for refund, they dont anwer to my email. once in a while they send this fake email, stating that the order is under process. this company is complete scammers. do not order from them.
Deposit amount did not give
I have taken a car for rent on 10/9/2025 and return it on 11/9/2025.they said rent for one day 59 dhirham and deposit amount 1000dhirham.they delivered vehicle on 10th and collected 59 dhirham rent ,20dhirham delivery charge and 1000 dhirham deposit also.next day returned car .they said deposit amount will get after one month.i gave account detailes .last day i called them and ask to deposit amount.they said u dont have return amount because you have covered arount 360 km .your perday km only 100 .you over ride 260km.so the deposit amount will not return.
When the time of taking a
I ask them that is there any extra charge and how to get deposit amount.they repalyed we will check your salik and fine after that it will return.i sure i dont have any fine.i went to al ain jabal hafeeth and come back directly.so there is no chance to any fine.
I compelled to complaint not only for me but there is lot of customer have been cheeting like this procedure.if no one will not ready to inform this , their activities will not end

Rude behavior
Dear Officials,
I would like to raise a complaint and enquiry on your (Swiss-Capital-ME) sales/customer service employee who keeps calling me to invest in FOREX via your platform. He introduced himself as Nihal, calling from +971522875276 to my number +971521126466 today 16-Oct-2025 at 10:54AM.
He started the call with pleasantries and told me there are opportunities to invest. I told him politely that I am not interested. He started reminding that he has been following up with me for 1.5 years and I have kept refusing to invest. I told him I do not have the capital to invest. He told me that I am living in Dubai for so many years and cannot accumulate money to invest. I told him I have other priorities and cannot proceed with forex. He told me that I have opened an account with Swiss-Capital a year before but not invested anything. I politely asked him to delete my account as I was not aware of it being active. He then with rude vocal, told me to not waste his time if I am not interested. I told him I did not call him to waste his time to which he replied 'yes, you are wasting my time from 1.5 years and now on the call too'. Next I cut the call.
This employee from your organization has made multiple insults to me, demeaned my financial situation and caused me mental stress.
Request immediate action on the employee and a relief solution for myself.

A black dot on the screen of IPhone 15 Pro
I black dot suddenly found at the right side corner of the screen. Raised a complaint to the Apple Care and unfortunately by Appale Care expired on July 2025. Based on their request I given my phone their authorized service Centre and got a report mentioning that no mishandling. I purchased the phone from Du Telecom on an 24 months installment basis and another one year installments is pending. Finally Apple customer care told me to approach Du telecom and give a request. I’m sure that there is Nothing to do with.them and they clearly neglected my case. No Apple also refused to do the replacement.
Poor Customer Service
Poor customer service handling for customer complaint I’ve been reaching out to the management via email for the missing item. However, several days had past but no response. My order is incomplete with a missing item.
Not complying with product they offered
I would like to bring to the authorities’ attention that a travel and tourism company named Future Life approached me on 24-04-2025 and invited me to their office in Oasis, Dubai, to collect a gift. During the visit, they presented their company’s services and products, which appeared attractive, and I purchased a package named FLTT-GOLD. The total price of this package was AED 15,000, with the written commitment in the agreement that I would receive a LULU shopping voucher every month that is the part of official contract agreement (The screen shot attached as reference.)
Since the purchase, they have issued only three vouchers. To obtain even the last voucher, I had to send nine reminder emails. Despite my repeated follow-ups, they have failed to honor their commitments.
Due to their continuous non-compliance, I decided to cancel the policy and request a refund of the package that gives me my rights (Please refer attached agreement Clause 14). However, they are now using delaying tactics and refusing to return my money. This has caused me significant inconvenience and wasted time.
Regarding wifi connection
I took a one year contract of wifi whichi if i didnt recharged they disconnect the connection, but i completed the contract of one year and now they telling me that they need me to pay the unpaid 3 months payment after the one year contract
Etisalat won’t replace a faulty set top box without charging
I subscribed to Etisalat’s e-Life in May2024 and since the beginning my set top box suddenly hangs every few days. I raised multiple complaints and they say they don’t find any fault as per their system, and want to charge me to give me a problem-free set top box. Moreover, since July2025; their app and engineers can’t seems to figure out why my auto-debit is not working. Their staff are insensitive and worst than robots and don’t care to listen and understand a customer’s issues.
Item under warranty - not replacing
I have purchased a mobile back cover with 12months warranty and it got damaged in it’s 11th month, when i approach to Sharaf DG at Dalma mall, staff here are very rude and saying that it won’t cover under warranty even after showing physical bill slip.
Sim deactivating without reason even paid
I got sim connection extention first time because of my second company was processing my visa they take 1 month to process because of visa cancelation because they close my number and now even i am paying every month and my visa is also renewed and i am just waiting for my emeirates Id and they close my number and when i visited store they told me we will active sim and give you time of extension but after reaching home my number is not working and they are making excuses and told me you have to visit again store for opening and i am facing loss of my business because of this kind of service and without using i have to pay every month their bills .Please help me out to reconnect if not please advise them to turn my sim in prepaid so that i cannot pay next month bill
Misleading
I did visit new W mart in JVC and there was gentleman works for wadi travel club who took my details and informed there will be ruffle draws and if the voucher I filled up picked up then they will call me for prizes collection, which they did in the following day, they called me to go to one hotel in Diera late in the evening after my 12hrs shift and insisted to take my family with me too avail the prizes which I did, however once we reached around 3-4 peoples came all to our tables and started to offer us to buy or purchase vacation packages, visas, etc where I clearly mentioned that I came long way 35km driving late evening and I want to collect my gifts, finally they did and as there was terms which I need to email them on same email address on the voucher in order to book any of the vouchers which I did and there was no response, and after my second email they did block me which makes us feel very bad as we drive long way after long working hours and after that ignored calls emails, was embracing in front of my family too!!
Looking forward for your help with this kind of scam if not mistaken

Came to du branch yesterday to install an esim, and they told me that it is not working and you need to wait till tomorrow and re-visit us came today and nothing changed they told me still not working and you need to try and visit us again !, i am without a sim and internet since yesterday and they are simply saying thats the process and you need to wait
Refund issue
I joined the Gym on 06th August 2025 taking a 3-month membership. The next day the gym closed due to legal issues and was not informed with prior notice. During the 2 months closure of the gym the owner promised me refund of my membership once the gym is re-opened. After the re-opening the gym owner is not coperating and told me that the money will not be refunded
Issue with the footwear which is scratching my leg
Hi,
I purchased a footwear from Aldo, Abu Dhabi Mall on 16th May 2025. Within two weeks, the buckle came off, and after multiple visits the store exchanged it.
However, the replacement pair started hurting my foot (pictures attached). I reported this to the staff and requested them to escalate the issue, but they declined, saying a second exchange isn’t possible. I still took the pair back, but after giving it another try, the same issue continues.
Hence, I contacted the store manager, he asked to WhatsApp everything , post that he also stopped responding to my messages and calls.
Changeable Flight

Through biletdukkani.com, I purchased a round-trip international flight ticket from Etihad Airways for a total of $1895 together with my friend. Since our plans might change in the future, I paid an additional fee to choose a flexible (date-changeable) ticket option.
However, when I called the company today to request a date change, I was told that a very high penalty fee would be applied.
What’s even more surprising is that when I checked the Etihad Airways official website to buy a new ticket for the same new dates, the total price was $2460. Yet, Bilet Dükkanı informed me that I would need to pay an additional $2550 on top of the original $1895 as a “penalty” — meaning they are asking for an amount far higher than simply purchasing a brand-new ticket.
Moreover, although I originally paid more for a flexible ticket that allows date changes, I don’t understand why another penalty fee is being charged.
I believe this situation is unfair. I kindly request that customers not be misled or overcharged, and that ticket change procedures be carried out in accordance with the ticket’s conditions, with a reasonable or no additional fee.
Scammers
They have changed the date of delivery first and then never refunded. Emails and calls are ignored.
Just saw their huge advertising poster on Ras Al Khor road and realized how many people can be scammed. Be careful!
Deposit not being refunded
I rented a car from Abu hamdan car rental on 20th august. I paid a refundable deposit of AED 2,000, which was supposed to be returned after the car was returned. Despite returning the car in perfect condition, the company has not refunded my deposit.
I tried contacting the company multiple times by phone and WhatsApp, but they are ignoring my messages and one of their staff members has even blocked me. I also sent them a formal final reminder, but they did not respond.
I am attaching the receipt copy and screenshots of my communication attempts as proof. I kindly request DED Consumer Protection to assist me in getting my AED 2,000 deposit refunded.
