Etisalat won’t replace a faulty set top box without charging

I subscribed to Etisalat’s e-Life in May2024 and since the beginning my set top box suddenly hangs every few days. I raised multiple complaints and they say they don’t find any fault as per their system, and want to charge me to give me a problem-free set top box. Moreover, since July2025; their app and engineers can’t seems to figure out why my auto-debit is not working. Their staff are insensitive and worst than robots and don’t care to listen and understand a customer’s issues.
