WRongly charged for 12 months after Account closed

In July 2024, Du technician changed our Internet speed but said we have to change Account and Landline Telephone number. Du changed both. But till July, 2025, Du charged for this Account
No. 1.11318988 monthly Dhs. 628.95 for 12 months. I called Du on 800155 and they found mistake and informed me I shall get Refund of Dhs. 5,985/-. But till now I have not received this refund amount.
Please check and get me the refund amount to my Bank Account in HSBC Card. Thanks / Navin Revandas Patel (050 6257287 )
