Tourism Services – Misrepresentation / Fraudulent Sales
Je dépose une plainte contre AHM Tourism pour fausse déclaration et tactiques de vente à haute pression. Le 14/08/2025], j'ai été invité à une présentation où on m'a dit qu'AHM Tourism travaille avec l'État de Dubaï et opère sous le nom du roi. Cette affirmation a été utilisée pour rendre l'entreprise officielle et digne de confiance. Au cours de la réunion, on m'a montré d'autres contrats clients et des exemples de réservation pour me faire croire que le service était légitime. J'ai été poussé à signer un contrat immédiatement sans suffisamment de temps pour examiner les conditions en détail. J'ai payé 17 850 AED par carte (bordereau de transaction et reçu joints). Une fois que j'ai vérifié en ligne, j'ai découvert plusieurs rapports et avertissements d'autres consommateurs affirmant des pratiques de vente trompeuses similaires de la part de cette entreprise. Cela constitue une fausse déclaration et une incitation frauduleuse en vertu des lois sur la protection des consommateurs des Émirats arabes unis. Failed to Provide Purchased Item
I made an online purchase from GEEKAY online store for a YANGO Play 12-Months Subscription on August 8th, 2025. I was supposed to get the subscription code instantaneously, however I kep receiving error messages from their portal.
I called the number and emailed the address mentioned the receipt with no response, I visited Dubai Mall branch who informed me that they can't help as it is an online store order, then finally I emailed customer service several times asking for the code or a full refund and they are stalling with no action taken till date.
As the seller failed to deliver the digital code for a week now, I wish to get refunded without further delays.

WRongly charged for 12 months after Account closed
In July 2024, Du technician changed our Internet speed but said we have to change Account and Landline Telephone number. Du changed both. But till July, 2025, Du charged for this Account
No. 1.11318988 monthly Dhs. 628.95 for 12 months. I called Du on 800155 and they found mistake and informed me I shall get Refund of Dhs. 5,985/-. But till now I have not received this refund amount.

Dxb private DD63617, For 5000 km servicing, While collecting my car I am disappointed to observe there are many scratches on my car. I got my car back dirty without washing also feels like it was taken very casual and my very first service experience with Swaidan is very bad now

Money not refunding
I was connected one of immigration consultancy in Dubai, name is imperium visas and as agreed they will provide the with in 180 days that will send to me and my family to UK skilled worker visa, they insisted to pay 32000/-payment aed an advance, which Ia I was paid last year June 32000aed,but unfortunately I didn't got any series and they have betrayed they have not given proper information and details, or any contents.
After 1 year now I was insisting my money back refundable but since they are mentioning last few months we will let u know only now almost 1year 2 months done.
Therefore I am complaining about their services, which is not reliable and truth they are btrating and cheating with innocent customers, if you check in Google review will come to know.
I am expecting my money 32000/-will refundable as soon as possible and requesting governamnet of Dubai consumer department please take serious actin against this kind of companies where they are betraying with nations.

Warranty not covered my car brand new tyre after 2 months purchase
I bought a new tyre from Maria Tyres Trading on 26th April 2025, and they said a one-year warranty covered it.Unfortunately, the tyre got damaged, and I visited the showroom to get it fixed under warranty, but they told me it wouldtake at least seven days for inspection. I've followed up after seven days, and again I visited the showroom. Theshowroom manager denied the warranty due to unnecessary reasons . The first day they told me it happened due to hittingthe road edge .now they are saying it was a puncture. However, my clear question to them was how it broke within three-months. One of the store manager Mrs. Maria, denied the claim for several reasons. She treated me very poorly .
Visas
I apply 3 RESIDENT VISAS in SADAF ALNOOR DOCUMENTS CLEANING SERVICES for my clients for the pass 3 months now still no positive results with all the client deposit I made to this office for the services they promised to accomplish. Since no visa and no advancement I ask for a total refund of the payment I gave for the services to SADAF ALNOOR DOCUMENTS CLEANING SERVICES. THEY give me fake promise everyday and it's affecting my trust with all clients who are give me more trouble and tension.
Refusal to refund money as per agreement
Payment of 6400 AED in 3 transactions was made to Springfield Travel & Toursim LLC Dubai Branch through bank transfer to process A2A Visa change for 2 people Passport number ( B00462395 and A00308395 ) which included money for the visa change process and security deposit of 3000 AED Refundable after exiting UAE or change of visa status. One visa was approved for passport number B00462395 and the other visa for passport number A00308395 was rejected which required a ticket back to home country.
Travel agency informed us to book ticket and we got the ticket and she travelled. After they informed us that they had booked ticket No. 1762788915867 and shared a copy of ticket which did not exist ( scam ). I checked with the airline through chat and direct call and they confirmed that the ticket was not booked and not paid by the travel agency . I have all the proof and receipts for your reference
Am asking the travel agency to refund the money for security deposit and they have refused to refund. Am kindly requesting for support in this matter because when I went to police they directed me to you.
Pending Payment
I sold some cosmetic items to them, they promised to pay advance along with PDC chqs after they receive the goods, they only paid Aed,19000/- an for the PDC they said they will visit my office an give the PDC and this was supposed to happen on 10th of June, PDC dates 5th July & 5th Aug, till date chq's not given neither is he answering my call or messages, even if he does fake promises is made, As per him the told me go ahead and complain with legal he has no problem.
Flight reschedule and poor customer service
I was supposed to fly with my family in Etihad Airlines on 5th August, 2025 at 23.05 p.m.I arrived to the airport on time and got my bags checked-in. I was not informed of any aircraft issues. I went through security check and proceeded with my family to the assigned gate number. After we reached the gate, we were about to wait for boarding when we were informed that the flight developed some technical issues and the engineers are working on it. But the staff cannot guarantee whether the flight will fly or not. After one hour they announced that the boarding time is 00.05. After 00.05 passed they once again changed to 01.05 boarding time. After 1.45 they announced that the flight got cancelled and we have to claim our baggage. We had to go through immigration once again and after one and a half hour we got our baggage and our tickets got confirmed to 6th August 16.20.p.m. So we hired a taxi and went to our relative’s home. As we did not receive any further information we hired a taxi to the airport. On arrival to the airport we received message that the flight got rescheduled once again to 23.30.p.m. I received mail after reaching the airport that my flight has got rescheduled. They have such poor communication with the passengers. I would like to take this matter seriously and would like to claim all the losses and the claim against stress they have given.
He is fraud
in Instagram. It shows me like there is that they are giving Loan. I just applied there. I tried to apply there and one girl she. She contact me and she said send me these these . I trust her. I send her and she sent me one guy number. she said he’s our manager. You can message her. Send a screenshot about details I sent, and he said you have to pay money for like one instalment about the Loan. I said why, and I tell him I don’t need any loan and he’s talking to me so badly so dirty, he said meet me. I will give you money and how much you’re taking for the one night, like this blah blah blah, he’s like that talking to me so badly, I don’t like I want to complain about him and about that girl. Also, they both are fraud. And they have my ID also, and he send me his ID to and he deleted the good thing. I save it in my gallery. I have his ID and his number, and I don’t know he will miss use for my ID or for my picture. I don’t know. II am now scared for that one. Please help me, sir.
It’s been months no one is responding towards the voucher to redeem
I have been waiting for months to redeem my voucher, but to date, no booking has been made. This is extremely disappointing.
If you’re unable to deliver on your promises, it’s better not to offer them in the first place. I’m honestly glad I experienced this before considering any membership with your company.
The service has been very unsatisfactory.

Thwifty is a disgraceful, unethical company - avoid

Total Amount Paid: BHD 224 (BHD 186 + BHD 38)
An order was placed with Thwifty in January 2025 for 224 BHD. Despite 3 months of misleading updates, the product was not delivered, and after formally cancelling the order in April 2025, no refund has been given, despite assurances. The matter was brought before the UAE Consumer Protection, but only 38 BHD of the 224 has been refunded. I have had to reopen the UAE complaint three times. It remains unresolved. Thwifty is a disgraceful, unethical company. Avoid at all costs.

This is Mahabub Alam from Dubai. I have a complain about a parcel. The tracking number is JTE300323339145. I ordered a laptop from online on 30 th of july 2025. J and T has delivered this parcel on 31st of july 2025 from "Cortex Technology ". But J and T packaged this with their logos paper. I have got all pictures and unboxing video prove and chatting prove, invoice also. The laptop is damaged, scratch, Not new, oldest, I mean this parcel is not that one what I wanted. I talked to the seller she said to me that the laptop will be changed after 7 days (9th of august 2025). What should I do now?
Fraud and wasting my time
Dear sir ma'am we are sending cargo or parcel this global connect logistics cargo on May,01,2025 we are hoping that my parcel is there already in nepal because they said there is custom clearance we understand they said maximum 1month only now already 3months we call and follow up yesterday about tracking number this company refuse to gave no my husband already in nepal and hed checking my cargo in nepal customs but my parcel is not there they are lying to me and my husband and this company is asking additional charges which is we gave money per kg already that may 1 whey take my parcel my baby infant is waiting for that formula milk because she don't want drink another milk we are hoping that my parcel already in nepal but lying us only he did not send my parcel and asking additional charges after 3month we are already stress because of this they need to gave valid reason and compensation to me for causing stress and Hussle wasting my time and they are lying only
No service delivered, poor customer service
I booked on JustLife for a professional to come to my apartment to install curtains at 3pm .
I tried to call the professional, his number was switched off. I then called customer service and spoke to Haifa, who was. Or helpful at all, argumentative , kept cutting my calls, deliberately not picking my calls and I know this because I called her from a different number , she picked up and then cut the call again .
I already paid for this service. I call them repeatedly , at 2:55pm she informs me nobody is available for my booking. I tell her it’s urgently and it needs to be done before 4:30pm in the building as maintenance is not allowed in the building after 5pm. I get no updates ! I call back maybe 10 times , still nothing . She’s not answering , then she picks up, I ask for onsite supervisor number she could not provide , I asked for managers number , she’s saying “ he is on break” “I cannot provide “ . This is such a pathetic service .
She continues to argue , well into after 5pm. Still no professional sent to my apartment, still no updates , still no professionalism .
I email them, the email tells me do it on the app. The app doesn’t allow us to do this , I call customer service , they don’t help. Haifa is absolutely pathetic at her job and should not be working there . The stress this has caused me and I have had to take off work to be around for the booking. Only for the booking to not show and to receive no help at all is just disappointing.
Haifa is the lady I spoke to for customer service , Osman is apparently the onsite supervisor .
I have called them for my refund and am now waiting for it .
Missing items
I placed an order through Careem on 29/7/25 at 11 pm from Careem quick . When I received the order, one of the items was missing. I contacted Careem customer service, but no action was taken, and no one is taking responsibility.
I followed up several times, but still did not receive a resolution or refund.
This is unacceptable and caused inconvenience.

Wasting time and stole money
I booked a car one day prior and they asked me to pay for it and put in a deposit for it, they had all my data and still allowed me to book and pay.
The moment I payed they asked me for my EID and I told them it’s under renewal and share the documents with proof of renewal, now they want me to cancel the booking but still charge me 10% cancelation fee.
Failure to complete work on time
We agreed to complete work in 1 months about almost 3 months and still not completed
