Warranty scam, misguidence

Dear Samsung Gulf Management,

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint on Samsung service center in Deria City Center regarding my samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, which developed a screen fault (vertical line) while still under warranty.
Samsung customer support team clearly informed me that this issue was fully covered under warranty, based on which I submitted my device to an authorized Samsung service center.
After submission, I was told the technician would contact me to confirm the warranty status. However, I received no communication whatsoever. After several days, I was notified via SMS that my device was “ready for collection.” Initially, the job status displayed “Warranty Repair”, but it was later changed to “Out of Warranty”, with a demand for AED 1,026—without any explanation or consent from me.
When I requested to collect my device without repair, it was returned in worse condition than when I submitted it. Furthermore, your customer service refused to escalate my case or take responsibility for the misinformation and resulting damage.
This conduct constitutes a clear violation of UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, specifically:
Article 4 – The consumer’s right to accurate and clear information.
Article 10 – The supplier’s liability for misleading information or service mishandling.

I therefore request the following:
1. Immediate escalation of my case to Samsung Gulf’s senior customer experience management.

2. Written clarification of why my warranty status was altered after initial confirmation.

3. Free repair or replacement of my device under warranty, as originally confirmed by Samsung support.

4. Restoration of my device

We purchased a travel voucher of 6N 7D from Holiday Island Pvt Ltd in December 2024. As per the contract it was mentioned one year validity. However, while purchasing the package we were informed that if you want to extend the package, you can do so by emailing the customer care team.

This year due to medical complication like miscarriage and financial issue like job loss we could not travel so we emailed the team in July and August 2025 to extend our package to the next year. However, they informed us to wait till October and email them before 60 days of the package

As informed, we emailed them before 60 days but they refused to extend our package. We pleaded requested and even insisted on connecting us with higher authority but they denied.

The company is a scam. There is no higher management. The sales person who sold us the package left the company and even after multiple request they didn't agree to extend the package, refund the money or provide us with alternate solution.

On 22 April 2025, I placed an order with Thwifty for an incorrect item, which I cancelled immediately and received confirmation of cancellation. The refund was promised to be processed within 7–10 days; however, it has not been issued. Despite numerous follow-up emails and repeated assurances that my case is being reviewed and will be resolved soon, no refund has been received to date.

I had ported my number from etisalat to du postpaid. When I ported it was agreed on telephone call. It was informed to me that a plan of 300 aed will be activated for a discounted rate of 216 aed. They have not provided the discount from the second month which was agreed. So I had ported again back to etisalat cos of this bad customer service. And for cancellation of contract I was informed that 1 month bill had to be paid extra as contract breaching charges. But I received bill to pay for full month usage even I ported after 13 days in the month of October. That is ported to etisalat from du on October 13th. They charged me a bill for full month and contract breaking charges: Which is clearly not informed to me when I took the contract or which I have not signed up to when I took the contract.
Same with my another DU postpaid bill which is not under any contract. I had ported that number also to etisalat on October 13 2025. Which mean I had used it only for 4-5 days of October. But they have charged full amount in this bill.
I spoke to customer care for all the issues but was committed to be called back and informed but they did not take any action. And told me boldly to go and complaint to any authority.

I’m ready to pay and settle the dues fairly. But they have charged me unfairly. Discount agreed was not provided on the 2nd month of the bill in contract period. Charges for exiting agreed was only one month bill extra but they have charged me over.


Faulty laptop with dlays in repair

I picked up a laptop in october and since them have reported wifi issue twice.this is the second time the same issue is reported . Company is taking 14 days to repair the laptop. This issue has repeated twice. Since i bought the new laptop it has mostly been under repair. Kindly request for a full refund or a replacement of the laptop.

I am filing this formal complaint regarding the unauthorized and severely delayed cancellation of my confirmed and paid order (ID: NAEHA0059739474).
I placed this order on October 22, 2025, with an expected delivery date of November 3, 2025. Despite the order being confirmed for over two weeks, the platform/seller failed to meet the delivery timeline.
The eventual cancellation was executed even later, on November 8, 2025, at 11:31 PM. This last-minute cancellation, six days after the promised delivery date, constitutes a significant breach of contract and an unacceptable failure of service.
Critical Consequence and Mental Pressure
The items in this order were urgently required for my child's performance. The seller's failure to deliver by November 3rd, followed by this abrupt cancellation on November 8th, has resulted in a direct, tangible loss: my child is now unable to perform as planned.
This entire sequence of events—the delay, the failure to inform, and the eleventh-hour cancellation—has caused me considerable mental pressure, stress, and inconvenience. I am now forced to scramble and personally source these critical items immediately, imposing an undue burden on me due to the platform's negligence.


Arooha tourist company gave false information and they cheated us.

Hi Good evening This is Divya Mogalipuvvu. We recently planned to go to Oman. But my husband has 1month visa on that day. That time we approached Arooha tourist company in Rolla, Sharjah. We asked Sujith about my husband visa status that time he said if my husband applied for Oman visa then no issue he can cross the border. He applied Oman visa on same day. And we got. After 10days he scheduled our tour. We went to cross border that time immigration department was stopped us. He said only 20days visa left so my husband unable to cross the border and he told to agent (Ashif) from the bus how can he bring him here. If u bring like this i will give black mark to the company. That time I asked the agent about my refund he said u will get refund. After that bus agent left us on Oman border. We don’t have any proper transport to come back from there. We suffered a lot. Next day we went to the tourist company and Sujith said i will arrange refund. Last 3months we contact them about refund 1st they said they will give 600/-. After 15days they said they will give 1600/- . Last week they said 600dhs with 1000/- voucher they will give. We went to talk with them and they talked very rudely. They cheated us. I want to make an complaint against Arooha tourist company Rolla Sharjah, Mr Sujith and Mr Ashif. I wish nobody suffered like us. That is my main concern. Thank u so much.

I sold my car to cars 24 with agreement . As per agreement they will check my car again and if there is any defect they found they will inform me in 24 hours and then either reduce selling amount or return car .
I have given car on Sunday evening and they responded back on Tuesday afternoon after follow ups stating car has some defect now reduce price or take it back .
They reverted after 41 hours and this is not as per contract

The person using +971 55 626 7177 this contact number contacted our marketing team and inquired for investment in damac island. As we are doing marketing and spending money over it. I contacted this person to know about his interest he first started misbehaving and then complaint against my number (0585844059) which im not using for cold call at all. I want this complaint to be removed under my number as it was not a colf calling it was pure marketing im adding all the proves in photos and i want to take action against this person who first put an inquiry for investment upon asking he file complaint against me

Subject: Complaint against The M Beauty Salon for Substandard Keratin Treatment

Respected Sir/Madam,

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against The M Beauty Salon regarding the keratin treatment I received at their salon.

Details of Complaint:
1. I availed of a keratin treatment at The M Beauty Salon on [Date of Service].
2. The treatment failed to last even two months, which is far below the standard expected for such services.
3. Upon inspection and comparison with genuine products, it is evident that the products used were either diluted or counterfeit.
4. I raised my concerns with the salon staff, but they were unhelpful and did not provide any resolution.
5. I specifically spoke to Danane, the manager, who refused to take any responsibility or offer any remedy for the substandard service.

Impact:
I have incurred financial loss due to paying for a service that did not meet acceptable quality standards, and I have not received any support from the salon to address this issue.

I booked taxi using bolt app,my trip was horrible, this is scam and i know this is strategy of your driver. He put arrives and start meter but no show i have no choice in apps to cancel so after he rounding rounding over dubaimall area and he pick me up i havee no choice to wait because i cant cancel and i cant book new one this is stupid and cost me more that i expect scammers!! Had ordered a Hax 2 seater Sofa from the Ibn Battuta store and delivery date was 31st of Oct, Home Box did not deliver it and when contacted the customer care their staff member Hamza said that during delivery it got damaged and the best they can do is only a refund for which I need to go to the store and can’t be done online. As I had order this entire set with Bed, Unit, coffee table, Shoe rack they just completely ignored my request for a replacement and said best we can do is only a refund.
