Ordered Ps5 Pro, got Ps5 Slim.
Dear team,
I received this order of mine, which was supposed to be a Ps5 pro. However once I opened the parcel it had a Ps5 Slim in it.
I initiate a refund request from Noon, but they rejected my claim on grounds that the product was not what the facility teams packed.

I found expired products in the store of Lulu express Mirbah
Defective watch and not processing refund
I brought a watch from Palazo Jewellery LLC from there Dubai Outlet Store. The watch was not working and hence i went back to store to return it. The sales guy named Mike took the watch back and said they will refund the money within 15 working day. I called them after 10 working days to check for the refund and they said they cannot process the refund and wanted me to get the defective watch back. The sales guy on call was talking in so bad manner.
Security deposit refund ADCP
Despite multiple reminders there is no response from ADCP and the deposits which I paid for ISTA cooling system have still not been returned. The deposits were provided as part of tenancy agreement and no valid reason has been communicated for withholding the refund. I shifted from the apartment on June 9, closed all accounts and submitted final bills.
Account closure and extra charges
I didn't use my FAB account since last 4 months. The balance keep getting negative to almost 800 AED. Now i want to close my account and I cleared all the negative balance. Still I can't close my account. I called the customer service and they said you have to pay more 201 AED to close the account. While my bank application is showing 0 negative balance. Still they are asking to pay more money which is completely unfair

الموضوع: شكوى بخصوص سحب غير مبرر لرصيد نقاط الولاء من برنامج “شير” وتأخر الاستجابة من الجهة المسؤولة
أتقدم إليكم بهذه الشكوى بخصوص واقعة حدثت معي تتعلق ببرنامج الولاء المعروف باسم “شير”، حيث فوجئت بأنه قد تم سحب رصيد النقاط الخاص بي من حسابي المرتبط بالبرنامج، دون علمي أو قيامي بأي عملية استبدال أو شراء تبرر ذلك الخصم.
منذ ما يزيد عن شهر ونصف، وأنا أقوم بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء الخاصة بالبرنامج بخصوص استرجاع رصيدي، وفي كل مرة يتم إبلاغي بأنه “سيتم إرجاع الرصيد قريبًا”، لكن للأسف حتى الآن لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء فعلي، ولا أجد منهم سوى الوعود المتكررة، والمماطلة، والتسويف، مع تجاهل واضح وعدم اهتمام بحقي كمستهلك.
وقد أبلغني فريق خدمة العملاء أن رصيد النقاط تم تحويله من حسابي إلى أحد أفراد العائلة، وهو ما أنكرته تمامًا، وأكدت لهم أنني لم أقم بأي عملية تحويل، علمًا بأن هذا النوع من التحويل – حسب الإجراءات المتبعة لديهم – يتطلب إرسال بريد إلكتروني رسمي مني يفيد بالموافقة على التحويل، وهو ما لم يحدث إطلاقًا، وقد أكدوا بأنهم بحثوا في سجلاتهم ولم يجدوا أي طلب تحويل صادر مني، مما يثبت وجود خلل واضح في التعامل مع رصيدي
لقد بذلت كل ما في وسعي لحل الموضوع بشكل ودي، لكن عدم الجدية في التعامل معي، وعدم وجود أي نتيجة ملموسة حتى الآن، يجعلني أتوجه إليكم بهذه الشكوى طالبًا التدخل العاجل من قِبل جهاز حماية المستهلك لإلزام الجهة المسؤولة بإرجاع رصيدي من النقاط، ومحاسبة المقصرين عن هذا الإهمال، مع حفظ حقي في التعويض المناسب عن هذا الضرر المعنوي والتأخير غير المبرر

Dear
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my cargo delivery and the extremely poor communication from both your office and delivery personnel.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I received some cartons, with a promise that the items would be collected the next morning by 10:00 AM. However, no one showed up until 11:30 AM, and when I called the person who delivered the cartons, he assured me he would return the call shortly — yet I received no response even after waiting 30 minutes. Now, he is not even answering the phone.
All our goods are left outside in an unsecured manner, and no one from your team has taken the initiative to resolve this issue or even call back. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Charging extra money in fraudulent
Hi, I want to file a complaint against gymnation Dubai silicon oasis branch. They didn’t tell me that they are registering my name as in new branch registration. I kept paying them every month, even if I was not using gym but now when I paid already 230 dirhams for the cancellation of my membership now they’re asking me to pay them 700 dirhams extra for cancellation of another membership when I rejoined them in this branch, they told me that they are registering my name in the previous branch and it will be continuing under same membership. Now they’re asking me to pay another timeeven after cancellation of my member. They are giving me mental torture and pressure. They charged me extra AED 460 even after cancellation without my consent.

Pending refund of AED 206 since 17 May 2025
I bought two tickets from the Magic Planet website, and both amounts were deducted from my bank account. However, no credit was reflected on my Magic Planet cards. I called their customer service, and they informed me that I need to visit one of their branches to add credit for one of the purchases, and that the other amount would be refunded.
Since May 17, I have been waiting for the refund, but they keep giving me false promises.
The amount in question is AED 206.

No response just taking money
I subscribed to their filter water services, and they showed me it is used in SEHA. I signed a contract and they take money on monthly basis, now the device showing the water not clean. They don’t answer calls, no answering for msgs, they see everything and ignore.
Refund for undelivered items
On June 22nd I made a supermarket order through the Careem app paying for it in advance. There were 3 items missing which I reported immediately. I received an automated message saying that no refund was available which I then proceeded to report immediately. I have since received 2 copy and paste responses saying they’re working on ensuring it doesn’t happen again and thanking me for my understanding yet have not refunded my money. I’ve requested to speak to a manager and have sent 3 further messages to that effect to which I’ve had no response.
Customer service refuse to cancel my flight ticket
I requested trip.com to cancel my flight ticket under booking number 1651507079951131 as I am very sick with an ankle cast for 6 weeks and will not be able to travel. As per their policy cancellation is free with full refund if there is a medical condition. I requested for cancellation and refund along with submitting my medical report.
Trip.com has been refusing to give me updates on the cancellation and refund status. While on the app it’s mentioned that the request was to be completed on 24 June (3 days ago).
I am frustrated at the current situation and have been trying to get any updates from the company and they refuse to give solid information.
Appreciate your support as I am immobilised and unable to leave my home let alone travel abroad.

Didn’t offer solution as promised even after paying entire amount
I have got installed a water filter system for my villa. Within three days the filter system had a leak which caused me a loss of lots of water and water bill. After two months of usage, again there is leak. But the team is not responding now. A lot of water is getting lost. So I closed the valve, bug once the water finish in tank, I will not have any water supply.
Not giving the refunded money it takes 15 days already
I made a transaction for e&money 9th of june around 11pm on the app. I am sending my money to the bank account in the philippines there deducting my money on my hsbc account but there is no history saying successful. I call them the next day about it they said they already raised a case and wait for 5 working days and the money will be refunded directly on my account, so I wait for 5 days and then 1 message I received that the case has been solved. So i called them that I received a message but when I checked the statement of my bank there is no refunded money. I called them again they said they will do their best to checked it. But until now there just saying "sorry for everything we will make sure to resolved this problem. This is taking so long though this money is not big but it really a big help especially for us. And one agent in E&money name "suraj" telling me that if he can do it to send money coming from him he will send right away and its not good. I need some help to report this issue. Its not good that they are just giving promises to the person whom who trust them to wait but not giving solutions to the problem.
Damaged sofa
I supposed to receive a new sofa, but I received it in a bad condition not as new I contacted them they came they pick it, they keep it for more than one week nothing was fixed, and they return it back to me. When I contacted the again their answer was the damage is under the seat is not visible. The sofa I received is in bad condition many damages on the sofa and a lot of issues in the sofa.

Undelivered order
I havent answer the call of the rider coz Im at work and there is no signal and when I got home I call the rider and said just call to costumer service. They said there is nothing can do about my order and there is no refund. In my side its totally unfair I paid for 780dhs and they just dispose my order.
Direct recruitment company scam
I am looking for a job. I got one interview from afaq alamal employment service company they offer a job and they said to me for government charges they take from me 200dhs. Lots of peope going there giving money also after giving money no response from them. I lost 200 dirhams.. Daily morethan 2000 dirhams they earning like this... 1 week no response then I again going to company directly they start to take again interview asking money then they take to me management room then they said today you will get mail otherwise refund your money.. Evening they send one mail with one company name and 1 number I contact with that number... That person said to me here no vacancy and also i don't know about afaq alama company. Now I ask them give my refund they said they cannot give refund thru will give new company. And also they take money for government charges they said to me. But in the receipt they mention interview and assessment. Hr Priya she take me a interview. And management 1 lady and 1 gentleman also talk with me. Charging money against the process, Harassment and False Commitments
I gave my Car (Dubai H 67343) to 800CarGuru for repair and it has to go for RTA passing. The responsible per, Nasir said that I need to pay first to start the process, that’s a fake statement and he promised that it will be done within 2 days. I submitted my car on Monday so Tuesday evening I was supposed to get my car but today is Friday and still I have not received my car. The person do no reply to my message and calls. Their customer service is also not responding. I tried talking to management and raised a complaint on their app but I did not receive any response.
For my job, everyday I need to go many places and due to their irresponsible behavior I am loosing a lot of money on taxis and feeling disturbed mentally.
I am requesting for action against the company and people who are cheating customer.
The item that I order did not receive yet
I order online in carrfour app an wrtr pressure cooker the seller is BUY MOORE last June 15… its show in their app that will be deliver on the next day but showing it will deliver June 18, 2025 but until now there i didn’t receive the item…. I call the customer service of carrefour and raised a complaint but until now no update from their side.

The Debt Collection officer was harrassing my Supervisor with the Debt i owe. They keep calling her even at work. And disclosing infomation about me without my consent. I informed them to communicate with me tbru email and they never stiopped..several times they called and speak to my Supervisor at work
Not giving cancellations
Dear SIR,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Mycon Marketing Management regarding the delay in processing my visa cancellation.
I resigned from the company on 19 May 2025, and I have completed my full notice period as per their stated timeline. However, despite fulfilling my obligations, the company has failed to initiate or provide any official confirmation regarding the cancellation of my visa.
I have attempted to contact the HR and management multiple times, but I have received no response. This delay is causing serious issues for me:
• I am unable to join a new company due to the lack of visa cancellation.
