Refund Not Received for Cancelled Order
On 22 April 2025, I placed an order with Thwifty for an incorrect item, which I cancelled immediately and received confirmation of cancellation. The refund was promised to be processed within 7–10 days; however, it has not been issued. Despite numerous follow-up emails and repeated assurances that my case is being reviewed and will be resolved soon, no refund has been received to date.
Invoicing more than committed on the Bill generated
I had ported my number from etisalat to du postpaid. When I ported it was agreed on telephone call. It was informed to me that a plan of 300 aed will be activated for a discounted rate of 216 aed. They have not provided the discount from the second month which was agreed. So I had ported again back to etisalat cos of this bad customer service. And for cancellation of contract I was informed that 1 month bill had to be paid extra as contract breaching charges. But I received bill to pay for full month usage even I ported after 13 days in the month of October. That is ported to etisalat from du on October 13th. They charged me a bill for full month and contract breaking charges: Which is clearly not informed to me when I took the contract or which I have not signed up to when I took the contract. Same with my another DU postpaid bill which is not under any contract. I had ported that number also to etisalat on October 13 2025. Which mean I had used it only for 4-5 days of October. But they have charged full amount in this bill. I spoke to customer care for all the issues but was committed to be called back and informed but they did not take any action. And told me boldly to go and complaint to any authority. I’m ready to pay and settle the dues fairly. But they have charged me unfairly. Discount agreed was not provided on the 2nd month of the bill in contract period. Charges for exiting agreed was only one month bill extra but they have charged me over.
Faulty laptop with dlays in repair
I picked up a laptop in october and since them have reported wifi issue twice.this is the second time the same issue is reported . Company is taking 14 days to repair the laptop. This issue has repeated twice. Since i bought the new laptop it has mostly been under repair. Kindly request for a full refund or a replacement of the laptop.
My order cancelled after 14 days without any clear reason
I am filing this formal complaint regarding the unauthorized and severely delayed cancellation of my confirmed and paid order (ID: NAEHA0059739474). I placed this order on October 22, 2025, with an expected delivery date of November 3, 2025. Despite the order being confirmed for over two weeks, the platform/seller failed to meet the delivery timeline. The eventual cancellation was executed even later, on November 8, 2025, at 11:31 PM. This last-minute cancellation, six days after the promised delivery date, constitutes a significant breach of contract and an unacceptable failure of service. Critical Consequence and Mental Pressure The items in this order were urgently required for my child's performance. The seller's failure to deliver by November 3rd, followed by this abrupt cancellation on November 8th, has resulted in a direct, tangible loss: my child is now unable to perform as planned. This entire sequence of events—the delay, the failure to inform, and the eleventh-hour cancellation—has caused me considerable mental pressure, stress, and inconvenience. I am now forced to scramble and personally source these critical items immediately, imposing an undue burden on me due to the platform's negligence.
Arooha tourist company gave false information and they cheated us.
Hi Good evening This is Divya Mogalipuvvu. We recently planned to go to Oman. But my husband has 1month visa on that day. That time we approached Arooha tourist company in Rolla, Sharjah. We asked Sujith about my husband visa status that time he said if my husband applied for Oman visa then no issue he can cross the border. He applied Oman visa on same day. And we got. After 10days he scheduled our tour. We went to cross border that time immigration department was stopped us. He said only 20days visa left so my husband unable to cross the border and he told to agent (Ashif) from the bus how can he bring him here. If u bring like this i will give black mark to the company. That time I asked the agent about my refund he said u will get refund. After that bus agent left us on Oman border. We don’t have any proper transport to come back from there. We suffered a lot. Next day we went to the tourist company and Sujith said i will arrange refund. Last 3months we contact them about refund 1st they said they will give 600/-. After 15days they said they will give 1600/- . Last week they said 600dhs with 1000/- voucher they will give. We went to talk with them and they talked very rudely. They cheated us. I want to make an complaint against Arooha tourist company Rolla Sharjah, Mr Sujith and Mr Ashif. I wish nobody suffered like us. That is my main concern. Thank u so much.
Not giving me payment as per contract
I sold my car to cars 24 with agreement . As per agreement they will check my car again and if there is any defect they found they will inform me in 24 hours and then either reduce selling amount or return car . I have given car on Sunday evening and they responded back on Tuesday afternoon after follow ups stating car has some defect now reduce price or take it back . They reverted after 41 hours and this is not as per contract Car is with them till now , pl advice
Marketing inquiry
The person using +971 55 626 7177 this contact number contacted our marketing team and inquired for investment in damac island. As we are doing marketing and spending money over it. I contacted this person to know about his interest he first started misbehaving and then complaint against my number (0585844059) which im not using for cold call at all. I want this complaint to be removed under my number as it was not a colf calling it was pure marketing im adding all the proves in photos and i want to take action against this person who first put an inquiry for investment upon asking he file complaint against me Thanks for your cooperation

Dear government of UAE, Kindly need you attention in a labour areas room rent so high .how can the people can survive ..in a labour area every kind of the related job persons are livings ..but once they go for bed space in a camp maximum 500 If find a room and room rent 3600 + commission 1500 to 2000 + deposit 1500 to 2000. Please take a action against agents and real estate compny for why they increase the rent
Using diluted/ fake products
Subject: Complaint against The M Beauty Salon for Substandard Keratin Treatment Respected Sir/Madam, I wish to lodge a formal complaint against The M Beauty Salon regarding the keratin treatment I received at their salon. Details of Complaint: 1. I availed of a keratin treatment at The M Beauty Salon on [Date of Service]. 2. The treatment failed to last even two months, which is far below the standard expected for such services. 3. Upon inspection and comparison with genuine products, it is evident that the products used were either diluted or counterfeit. 4. I raised my concerns with the salon staff, but they were unhelpful and did not provide any resolution. 5. I specifically spoke to Danane, the manager, who refused to take any responsibility or offer any remedy for the substandard service. Impact: I have incurred financial loss due to paying for a service that did not meet acceptable quality standards, and I have not received any support from the salon to address this issue.
Scammers
I booked taxi using bolt app,my trip was horrible, this is scam and i know this is strategy of your driver. He put arrives and start meter but no show i have no choice in apps to cancel so after he rounding rounding over dubaimall area and he pick me up i havee no choice to wait because i cant cancel and i cant book new one this is stupid and cost me more that i expect scammers!! Im latemy work its very useless to book ride on u. . This is not acceptable..!!! Scammers .
They took 6000 aed to make visa but didn't make it
They took 6000 aed from 19th October 2025 to make my wife resident visa, but not done it until now, they gave labor contract, they keep lying every day, they caused her over stay her visa for more than 10 days. They have vaccated their office few days after I paid this money.
Irresponsible customer care and Item not delivered
Had ordered a Hax 2 seater Sofa from the Ibn Battuta store and delivery date was 31st of Oct, Home Box did not deliver it and when contacted the customer care their staff member Hamza said that during delivery it got damaged and the best they can do is only a refund for which I need to go to the store and can’t be done online. As I had order this entire set with Bed, Unit, coffee table, Shoe rack they just completely ignored my request for a replacement and said best we can do is only a refund. I have guest arriving at my place in next 2 days and don’t have a sofa and will again have to go through the entire process of reordering a new one and a diff delivery date. Hamza just Played on the call the mute unmute games were he did not utter a word after constant questioning that how do we resolve this. Very dissatisfied and a strict action should be taken as a refund is not something that is justice to my time and energy.
Hazardous Appliances
I must express my serious concerns regarding the refusal to replace the machine, especially given the nature of the issues it has presented. The fact that this appliance has burned during its use while on standby mode raises significant safety concerns. As consumers, we have the right to expect that products are safe and free from defects, particularly when it comes to appliances that are meant for everyday use. The potential risks associated with a faulty appliance not only compromise the safety of our home but also could lead to more severe consequences. It is crucial for Mebashi to seriously consider the implications of maintaining a policy that does not prioritize consumer safety in the event of such incidents. In light of the dangerous nature of this malfunction, we believe a replacement of the faulty product is warranted to ensure our safety and peace of mind. We hope for a resolution that reflects Mebashi’s commitment to customer care and product safety. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt reply.
Dress exchange
I had bought dress from Iha fashions Sharjah (online) and it was not the quality and colour as we expected .. so we decided to go for exchange , but they said they can’t exchange .. and there was nothing mentioned in the bill ..and it happend the same day as we received the item .. we don’t have time to go and buy it from the shop that’s why we order online.. they sell these cheap and low quality items online and charge high prices .. we are looking forward for a reasonable action against the company and echange of goods or refund is mandatory..
Not Same Decription
ordered online car kits -diffuser -side skirt -window visor -rear windshield visor -rear bumper lights -front lip bumper -rear lip bumper -bracket -bar light -trd spoiler in total of 940aed refund needed 230aed but 3 items they give diffirent items not in description as shows, and its not fit in the model of my car, and even screws of all items are not in the package i have to buy my own screws to fix what i buy… -window visor (not fit not for my car model) -rear windshield visor (delivered diffirent item not what ive ordered) -diffuser (delivered diffirent items not what ive ordered and its not fit in my car model) now i want to change all or refund, this company sales keeps saying he will refund the money, i said ok, 1st day refund before 2pm, (didnt come) then i say il keep the rear window visor only need refund the diffuser because its really not for the car model, after that 2nd day refund he said before 11pm il receive the refund, (still nothing) when i message him he said just give me sometime, so it means the company doesnt have intention to refund the money, now i message him i file complaint report about the company, now he said tomorrow again before 2pm and i said ok my wife will receive it because im out to work….now im still waiting…. ive got all proof of my order description….please help thank you and godbless.. company name: CAR KIT STORE sales representative: 0545434632 area: Dubai UAE

Laptop Dell bought on July 12,2025 and given to nesto on oct 11,2012
New laptop within 3 months not working.Paid 2330 aed . customer care not answering properly.They told within a week they will give but now 2 weeks I didn't receive. Saying it will take time.I bought for my office work. Kindly tell them to cash back or provide a new one

Free for shoppers, I bring out my car After payment and come back again on their parking October 23, 2025 I park my car at burjuman parking stay duration 2 hours 21 mins they collected money AED 60. Money related scam
I have been scammed by the finance company related to loan . I was looking for a loan because of personal financial issues . So I end up with the Burj financial when I get connected to them they asked all the details like how much loan i am looking for for how long after that they told me too register o the site after registration they send me the mail mentioning to deposit security amount of 1000. Which I have done after depositing they said in few minutes you will get the loan when I haven’t received and follow up they said it’s not going through will try from company bank account to your bank account but still haven’t received then they again send the mail stating that have to pay 3500 more after that they will send but time of depositing they change the amount to 4000 my whole salary was gone . After paying when i asked about the loan Money they said from accounts department some will call for bank details confirmation after texting so many times got the call on botim and confirmed the details and said deposit more 3500 for release amount and all this charges was not been told . And now every day they are calling and they are increasing the charges by 500charges . When I told them that I am coming to office and I reached at the mentioned address on site . In lobby the late mentioned that there is no any office by such name . I asked them an address they said have you taken an appointment. I said I will take but share the location and they started talking badly and said first take appointment. And now I am in a situation i don't have money to pay my room rent and my owner has locked the room and not allowing . I am struggling like anything . Even no money to feed myself .
Scammer
I have placed the order on 26th September after a week I received an email saying the item is out of stock. I asked for the refund wherein I was assured I will be get the refund in 10-15 days . One month has already passed I still didn’t get my refund. They are such a scammers . My tabby payment for the item is over my head now for the product I didn’t receive 😣 it’s really frustrating and disappointing experience I have had.
