Charging money against the process, Harassment and False Commitments
I gave my Car (Dubai H 67343) to 800CarGuru for repair and it has to go for RTA passing. The responsible per, Nasir said that I need to pay first to start the process, that’s a fake statement and he promised that it will be done within 2 days. I submitted my car on Monday so Tuesday evening I was supposed to get my car but today is Friday and still I have not received my car. The person do no reply to my message and calls. Their customer service is also not responding. I tried talking to management and raised a complaint on their app but I did not receive any response. For my job, everyday I need to go many places and due to their irresponsible behavior I am loosing a lot of money on taxis and feeling disturbed mentally. I am requesting for action against the company and people who are cheating customer.
The item that I order did not receive yet
I order online in carrfour app an wrtr pressure cooker the seller is BUY MOORE last June 15… its show in their app that will be deliver on the next day but showing it will deliver June 18, 2025 but until now there i didn’t receive the item…. I call the customer service of carrefour and raised a complaint but until now no update from their side.
Paid and never got my dress
I paid in advance since March for my daughters Eid dress, she asked for full deposit to place the order. Now its 3 months and she never sent me that dress. I asked for refund but shes ignoring. She did this to so many people and i have proof of comments too !
After make payment , no product , not answering call

The Debt Collection officer was harrassing my Supervisor with the Debt i owe. They keep calling her even at work. And disclosing infomation about me without my consent. I informed them to communicate with me tbru email and they never stiopped..several times they called and speak to my Supervisor at work
Not giving cancellations
Dear SIR, I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Mycon Marketing Management regarding the delay in processing my visa cancellation. I resigned from the company on 19 May 2025, and I have completed my full notice period as per their stated timeline. However, despite fulfilling my obligations, the company has failed to initiate or provide any official confirmation regarding the cancellation of my visa. I have attempted to contact the HR and management multiple times, but I have received no response. Bought a pc from online seller on tiktok by name wolf store .He gave 60 days warranty after using pc for 20 days its not working and from past 25 days we are calling and he not picking calls and ignoring watsapp messages. Goods not as described poorly installed
I contracted for window tinting services. I rewuested a privacy tint, clear on the reverse and a mirror finish to the front. The company installed a mirror tint with a dark reverse and when I raised the isdue they assured me it would lighten to the required finish once dry. However yhat is not the case. The film remains dark and allows so little natural light into my living area that my plants have begun to die after just thrre days due to lack of light.

1000aed deposit was not refunded since March

They seldom response and almost leave you with hope when you reach them. I have attempted to extend my rent at the time however they mentioned that they are only accepting new customers to get more deposits. I have the receipts on the cash transaction. complaint against misleading dry cleaning services
To Consumer grievance Dept Dubai, UAE Dear Sir/ Madam I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Dima laundry, operating at Karama, for not only engaging in misleading business practices but also demonstrating a complete lack of integrity and accountability toward their customers. I recently discovered that the garments I had submitted for dry cleaning were in fact only washed as evidenced by the strong scent of fabric softener Downy and the overall feel and finish of the clothing. This clearly proves that the promised and charged service of dry cleaning was not rendered. Charging full dry cleaning rates for a basic wash is not just unethical but deceptive and exploitative. Upon confronting the staff with this issue, they initially acknowledged the concern and requested I return the first batch of laundry so they could "properly dry clean it". However, instead of insisting on redoing the process, I chose to be reasonable I paid the full billed amount, trusting their assurance that such negligence would not be repeated. In good faith, I then handed over a second lot of laundry with the clear understanding that this time, proper dry-cleaning service would be provided. To my shock and dismay, within an hour, my second batch of laundry was returned to me without being processed with the explanation that the manager had instructed the staff to return it. This abrupt and unprofessional behavior, especially after I had paid in full previously despite being misled, amounts to not just poor service but outright fraud. This is not a simple service error it's a systematic act of misrepresentation, followed by a refusal to honor service commitments even after receiving full payment and customer cooperation. I urge the Consumer Grievance Authority to take immediate action against this business for their deceptive, dishonest, and fraudulent practices. Consumers cannot be treated with such disregard, and businesses like this must be held accountable. I am prepared to provide all supporting documents, bills, communication, and details upon request. Dish washer not fixed - payment made- ignoring calls
I’ve used their services twice They came to fix my dish washer They took it to their center, brought it back. I paid AED 540 They brought it back but didn’t fix it back properly , we now can’t close the door and can’t use it. I keep calling , usually they ignore calls when they answer they say we’re coming to fix it but then nothing and they ignore my calls again.

I have ordered few items from jn store I found it on tiktok He sent me the wrong item sent back to him And since then iam trying to get my order or refund but nothing till now First he said I need to wait till the eid holiday is over and then he will send me back the right order and then started to ask me to pay more and he wont refund me ! Now he’s not responding
Fraud
Subject: Complaint Against Consultancy based in Dubai for Fraud & Delayed DHA Licensing Process Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Nepalese nurse living in Dubai. In [2023], I paid NPR 4,00,000 (~AED 11,000) to a consultancy which is based in both Nepal and Dubai to process my DHA license. Even after passing the DHA exam in September 2024, they did not start the DataFlow process till now ,which has now caused me to lose eligibility under new rules. Because of their delay, I: • Missed the chance to be licensed. • Paid AED 6000 more for a college but now I'm not doing classes as well because I didn't find it right. I have all payment proof and records. I believe this is a case of fraud, and I kindly request that you take necessary action, or advise me how I can legally proceed against this agency while living in Dubai.
Unfulfilled promotions
I am writing with disappointment regarding my recent experience with FAB Bank. In December 2024, I opened a Tier 2 account through FAB representative, Mr. Srujan, and was informed that, as part of their ongoing promotion, I would receive an iPhone 16 (128 GB). Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, I am yet to receive the promised item—and it has now been 6 months. Now on contacting the customer care team they have closed my complaint without my consent stating the promotion policy has been revised and I am no more eligible as per the new policy in 2025. This is very frustrating when the representative assured me every month stating I would receive the reward by end of the month and now the representative has resigned from FAB and FAB is not fulfilling the T&C guaranteed my their staff.
Not compesating for the service I paid for
I paid for Umrah package to this company last Ramadan,they only gave me visa and one way ticket to Jeddah. They didn't send me return ticket from Makkah to Dubai and also I had to pay for hotel stay and transportation from jeddah to Madina. I paid 4300aed which was supposed to cater for everything! Now they don't even want to refund my money.
Extortion/ cheating with fee
Salam! I have rented a car from HMA superior rent a car LLC and the rate they charged me was 60 dirhams per day for four days (240+1000 dirhams security), upon expiry I asked for 10 more days of rental lease and they charged me 110 dirhams per day so I paid 1122 dirhams for next 10 days. Now when I asked for another 10 days renewal, they have asked for 180 dirhams per day (1800 dirhams). The car has check engine sign on, axle faulty and tyres are almost flat, which I did complain to them about on call but they said it's nothing and continue using it. The back glass is completely wrapped in some paper that makes it impossible to see through it, I nearly had two accidents because of this and drove around with a lot of difficuly. Cheating, fraud attempt
We had booked paradise on sea floating restaurant, On [07/06/2025 at 7:00pm cruise timing], I, along with several other patrons, experienced what I believe to be a fraudulent attempt on the part of this establishment. [We had paid them 523 AED and we didnt get any service they mentioned while booking and they even there was no any space to sit inside while traveling while crusing nor any food ) I understand the importance of reporting such incidents to maintain the integrity of ensure the safety of consumers. I believe this matter warrants investigation, as it poses a risk not only to individuals but also to the community. Hi I bought bag after seeing Instagram post. Because the quality is very poor When I asked for exchange of product he said okay but he asked for extra money I agreed to pay for it for delivery . We agreed to pay money . We selected another bag it has been more than two weeks . They are not exchanging . They postponing the order saying different reason each time. When I said I will complain in consumer service. He asked me to do it.
Early departure
I am writing to express my concern regarding the early departure of Flight Flight Number- IX-436 scheduled from Dubai international airport to Kochi international airport [05/06/2025]. According to the itinerary provided at the time of booking, the departure time was 5pm. Not delivering items and refusing to reimburse customers
Dear Team, We regularly order on Deliveroo and many times is happened that some items are not delivered, while they refuse to reimburse them.. I have contacted the customer service on the live chat, however they just keep copy pasting the same generic messages, even without reading nor responding to my questions/messages. It has been 30 minutes now that they keep copy pasting the same 3 messages. This is not the first time that I have this issue with Deliveroo and I believe it’s worth highlighting it. Deposit not return
April 17 2025 i call one company Right direction rent a car llc. I take the car and i pay 1750 aed and 1000aed for deposit 750for car rent i already off hire the car on april 29 2015 just for 2weeks. They told me i will get me deposit within a month ok i agree to them after almost 1month finsh i call them and message them thrue whats up they siad they will give back my deposit.. but untill now i dint get my deposit even reply for my message they ignore now not answering my call ... I check also the google reviews there a lot of compalin about deposit not being return...
No phone fixing even within the warranty period.
On May 5th, 2025, my iPhone screen cracked, so I took it to the Apple Store for repair. I was informed that the repair would take approximately one week. They also advised against installing a non-original screen, as it would not be compatible with the phone and features such as Face ID would not function properly. Due to the delay, I visited MINUTES at the Mall of the Emirates in search of a quicker solution. I specifically requested an original screen replacement. I was offered two options: a non-original screen for AED 300 and an original one for AED 700. I insisted on the original screen. They confirmed the installation of the original screen, applied a screen protector, and provided a one-year warranty. However, upon returning home, the screen displayed only green and blue colors and became unresponsive. I was unable to enter a passcode or activate Face ID. I returned to the store the following day under the terms of the warranty. Despite the issue clearly being covered, I was asked to pay an additional AED 700 to fix it—contradicting the warranty agreement. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the necessary repairs are carried out without any additional charges, in line with the warranty provided. Wrong Billing
My normal bill with DU postpaid should be 575.4 dirhams every month which is for the iphone unit at 428 plus postpaid mobile plan for 120 aed. Total of 548 plus VAT which is a total of 575.4 monthly. What is happening is I am getting charge again for another 428 dirhams and that is why my bill total is 1003.4 dirhams. I have been facing this issue from December of 2024 and reporting this concern every end of the month to DU but no definite resolution up to now. I am only getting the same reply of we will forward the issue to the concern department or we will address the issue and resolve this issue. This is really frustrating since I need to report this issue every month and then provide again all the details of the issue with all the relevant information of my account and concern. I am hoping someone can help me on this concern.
Credit card complaint
The sales agent from FAB called me to get a credit card and he said that I will get an iPhone or reward points to cash out that is worth 5,000 AED. He said I can choose between the two options and I said that i want the cash. Now the bank is telling me that I can get only the phone so this was a false promise and I submit a complaint the said it will tale 3 days and it has been 2 weeks with no resolution. I have a screen shot from whatsapp conversation with the agent saying that I can choose either points or the phone
Cargo Sent in November 2024 still not delivered

Real estate canceled the deal and not returning my advance payment
I booked a plot in manama ajman from kings real estate, they asked me to pay an advance of 2000 dh for booking which is refundable amount, after few days they told me that this plot is not available and i can take back my money, but now they are refusing to give me back my money, i have visited their office messaged them many time but they are not answering Kindly check with them
