I ordered an item almost 3 months ago. No one replies to my emails. I want my refund ASAP. I have asked for refund multiple times but no one gets back to me from your team. This is really pathetic and absurd. I feel like my money is stolen, definitely never ordering anything ever again. Pls refund my money ASAP

I order 3 items 6 weeks ago till date it has not been delivered

I purchased a Dishwasher through Thwifty online. After the delivery date had past and the online website still said procuring, I contacted support.
They didn’t know when it would arrive. After another 2 weeks and multiple emails and requests for a refund and no reply.

They wrote back that they had the item and will get it delivered in 1.5 weeks.
I said No, I wanted a refund, they said they would get the refund processed.
After that, I have not heard anything else from them.

They literally stole the money on our order. every week we try to follow up with them on the order and they say you will receive it within a week. it's been 2 months almost and nothing!!

I ordered last February 20 and up until now it's still on processing, they are also not responding!!!!!!!!!
