I bought a packet of Rice from Nesto, Dragon mart yesterday. Today when we opened the packet we found some web inside the packet and also an insect. This is truly unacceptable.

New laptop within 3 months not working.Paid 2330 aed . customer care not answering properly.They told within a week they will give but now 2 weeks I didn't receive. Saying it will take time.I bought for my office work.
Kindly tell them to cash back or provide a new one
