Dear Noon Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a replacement for a faulty computer I recently received/purchased Noon Express from T.Comp

The device, Series Number 103561768359, order NAEH10016143854-1 has been experiencing the following issues: frequent crashes, unresponsive system, and Display malfunction. Despite basic troubleshooting efforts, the problems persist, significantly impacting my ability to work efficiently.

As the unit is still under warranty and within the return/replacement period, I kindly ask for a prompt replacement or guidance on the next steps for processing this request. I am happy to provide any additional details or documentation needed to expedite the process.
