I placed an order through Careem on 29/7/25 at 11 pm from Careem quick . When I received the order, one of the items was missing. I contacted Careem customer service, but no action was taken, and no one is taking responsibility.

I followed up several times, but still did not receive a resolution or refund.
This is unacceptable and caused inconvenience.

On June 22nd I made a supermarket order through the Careem app paying for it in advance. There were 3 items missing which I reported immediately. I received an automated message saying that no refund was available which I then proceeded to report immediately. I have since received 2 copy and paste responses saying they’re working on ensuring it doesn’t happen again and thanking me for my understanding yet have not refunded my money. I’ve requested to speak to a manager and have sent 3 further messages to that effect to which I’ve had no response.

I had ordered the Careem box service for a package delivery to Sharjah. The order was accepted and 70 aed was taken from my account. I was given the details of the rider and the tracker on the Careem app. 5 mins after I get a call from Careem informing me that they do not deliver to Sharjah and the order had been cancelled and I will be charged 13.6 aed for cancellation and my money would be returned in 7 working days. I was shocked because firstly they accepted the order even though the address clearly stated Sharjah. Secondly while I was on the other phone the rider reached my apartment to pick up the package and both of us had not been informed of the cancellation. Thirdly the sales rep is informing me of cancellation charges when I didn’t even cancel the order. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me a lot of mental distress at 12:15 in the night. The package had to be urgently delivered because my friend had a 5:00 flight. Serious action needs to be taken so that such incidences are not repeated in the future. In a city like dubai where consumer laws are extremely strict it was shocking to experience such distress from a company like Careem


Refund for the food not delivered

They dont want to refund my money even though the food is cancelled and not delivered. They refuse to refund as per them the restaurant already accept and prepare the food, when I check with the restaurant they deny that they accept the order, they dont even receive it in the system, i ordered at 8:46pm and cancelled at 8:46pm also, seconds only when i placed the order. Careem is fraud! Cheaters!
