I have made some transactions through careem pay. To make payment i have added funds of AED 45000 in careem wallet. The money got debited in my bank account, however they have not credited the wallet. Inspite of multiple follow up , they give one single answer that they are working on it. Careem Support #101801919 which is open since 10 days without any appropriate update.

Transfered money from my bank to careem wallet, money is deducted but not recieved in careem wallet. No help available in app chat

I send money online , amount is debited but transfer showing failed .

Careem claim I owe them money for an order that was not succesfully placed.
