1. Visit corporate.complaints.ae/join to fill out the registration form.
2. Provide your full name, company name, phone number, and email address.
3. Your account will be created with the 'is_verified' flag set to False.
4. You will receive an email summarizing the verification process.
5. Upon logging in, you will be directed to your dashboard with a message to start the verification process.
Verification Process
1. On your dashboard, fill out the verification form by selecting your business type and uploading necessary documents based on your business type.
- Sole establishments, branches of sole establishments, and free zone establishments require a valid (non-expired) trade license or freelancer permit issued within the UAE.
- LLCs, branches of LLCs, and free zone LLCs require a valid (non-expired) trade license, memorandum of association (or equivalent document), and proof of an active bank account.
2. Sign a legal agreement stating your legitimacy as the owner and your liability.
3. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email and your application will be under review.
4. An admin will review your application. If valid, your corporate account will be activated, and you will receive an email notification. If more documents are required, you will be notified via email and your dashboard.
5. Once your application is approved, you can start responding to complaints filed against your company.
