Before 8 months I sent goods through Krs cargo but goods not yet received, when I ask them they are saying that we sent mail for your insurance team but they didn't give any proof , I hadn't got refund or my goods back

Hello on May 18th i booked air cargo from Dubai to India, it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but its more than 3 months i am not getting any update from KRS Cargo
