Subject: Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Studio – Request for Assistance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally report a case of fraud involving a video production studio I hired. I paid them AED 2,500 for a service that included 2 videos and 2 photos.

Unfortunately, they delivered only one video, and it was not complete or as agreed upon. They never sent the second video or the photos, and they have completely stopped responding to my messages and calls.

I believe I have been scammed, and I am requesting your assistance to either:
• Recover the remaining materials as promised
or
• Refund my money (AED 2,500)

I have video evidence, screenshots of our chats, and proof of payment, which I am ready to provide to support my case.

Please advise me on the next steps to proceed with this complaint and hold the responsible party accountable.
