Last night, I unboxed the phone and discovered it was not working. Given the limited warranty, I assumed Apple could resolve it.
Today, I visited the Apple Store, where they diagnosed a battery charging problem. Although they confirmed the phone was otherwise in perfect condition, they informed me of potential repair charges and a week-long wait for repairs. This is unacceptable for a new phone.
I contacted Noon for an exchange or refund. However, they declined my request and directed me to Apple. As the phone is new and should be functional upon purchase, I believe Noon is responsible for providing a replacement or refund. The invoice mentioned their supplier, Bandidos Retail L.L.C.
I seek your assistance in directing Noon to provide a replacement or full refund.

Fake refund policy
I have purchased phone on 20 July delivery at night and it was not match my expectation at all as described , Iraised a return request same day for return as per the policy mention eligible for return policy with the same condition packing and all items the delivery came and collected same condition and was declined by noon as nosens answer ,Icalled customer service and the person insist that have to receive the item back and then raise another complain, I will not receive anything it's not logic the item with you will not receive it I just need my money back to buy another item Kindly look in the matter with urgent action
