Late delivery and demand payment before delivery
On May 13th, more than 2 months ago, I purchased a media center, a bookshelf cabinet and a wall panel from DH furniture. I paid 3400 dhs as a 50% forward payment. Delivery was planned for May 28th, but due a delay, my next available date was June 20th. By June 24th I had no answer from the Company, until I threaten to file a complaint against them. Finally, they show up on June 27th, but they demand full payment before unload the truck and install the furniture. Given the bad quality of the service I told them that I would pay the rest after installation. They did not accept this and left. Tired of the situation, I told them that I would pay, and arrange a delivery for July 23. Today is July 25 and they still don't deliver, and they don't answer my questions.
I request the refund of the 3400 dhs that I paid in advance.
