Last night, I unboxed the phone and discovered it was not working. Given the limited warranty, I assumed Apple could resolve it.
Today, I visited the Apple Store, where they diagnosed a battery charging problem. Although they confirmed the phone was otherwise in perfect condition, they informed me of potential repair charges and a week-long wait for repairs. This is unacceptable for a new phone.
I contacted Noon for an exchange or refund. However, they declined my request and directed me to Apple. As the phone is new and should be functional upon purchase, I believe Noon is responsible for providing a replacement or refund. The invoice mentioned their supplier, Bandidos Retail L.L.C.
I seek your assistance in directing Noon to provide a replacement or full refund.
