Misleading advertisement.

Tips and toes is a beauty spa. They are promoting an ad with summer heat discount for a waxing service. The ad is to get a discount equal to Dubai temperature. No where does the ad say T&C APPLY.
After I availed the service, they told me the discount only applies between 10 and 4pm.

Confirm how to wash it
She confirmed hand wash .
After the fist wash by hand
R shirt got damage .
I send a complain to refund my money

I booked a package for 18 session including electrostimulation, pressotherapy and heat sauna. In the last session, we did electrostimulation. After the technician attached the electrodes to my muscles, she didn't check the machine settings. All the stimulators were on and set to high power, and I received two intense shocks before I could remove the electrodes. I experienced muscle vibrations for the next two days. I told the manager that I don't feel comfortable to get any treatment from them because I have issues in trusting again the tecnitian. After a while they came back to me stating that they cannot refund the service and asking me to go back and give another try. I ask them to replace the electrostimulation service with something else and to share the customer service number but I got no answer. I need help in getting the refund, the company is not trustworthy. I am currently during phisiotherapy and everytime my phisic Ian put the electrode on my knees I am in panic because of what happened at the vcll center. I have been more than understanding but they showed careless for my health and for them procedures. This happened in the store in marina.

I bought a Samsung TV back in February this year. After three months we came back from our family outing to find the tv not functioning. After several complaints to Samsung they sent their teams and insisted that the TV screen is broken instead. We tried to explain to them that the house was empty when we came back found it faulty to no avail. Went back to Sharaf DG to complain about the same, at first they gave me hope that I am able to replace it through their service since it wasn’t past the warranty date. After checking, the manager went back to me with a complete refusal on the case again. The cost of fixing the screen is as high as buying a new set… this is a completely unfair treatment from both Samsung and Sharaf Dg who recommended I buy a new set instead….

I rented a car with princess rental cars on the 18th of June, I was supposed to rent for 8 days, on the 7th day they messaged and asked me to return it, which I did, one day early. They said they would give me the money back for that one day. I asked for the deposit, they made me wait 20 days. My deposit was 1500aed and my day rent was 165 so I was owed 1,665aed and they send me 1278aed

I asked why so little they said they had deductions, when I proved I left them with a full tank of gas, I had video of the car so no damage they said they will pay me back last Tuesday and now ignoring me

Hello,

I recently purchased a watch from Chopard in Dubai Mall for the occasion of my wedding as a gift for my new bride. Our wedding is in August. My mother personally was meticulously following the process with the store manager, the watch came from Abu Dhabi store in which we were told the watch was on display. Upon asking numerous times about the condition we were assured the watch was in perfect condition & trusted the store.

The watch was bought in Dubai mall and personally gift wrapped in a box by Chopard and handed to us.

Upon consideration, my fiancée decided to return the unopened box so that she can explore more options. Please note that we returned the box in the original gift wrap given to us on the day of the purchase (as confirmed by the store) within the allowed time-frame as per their exchange policy.

Once we returned it, they told us it would take a few days to get checked by the service center before they can allow us to exchange.
We received a call a couple of days later to our surprise informing us of some small dents on the watch & that the watch cannot be exchanged.

Upon explaining several times to the store branch manager, who was not there for the purchase, that we did not open the box and returned it in the condition given to us (which can be checked on CCTV), we were not listened to. She asked us to message their global complaint website to get support. I am now left with a loss of >75,000 and my consumers rights are not being protected, and Chopard is not honoring their policy.

They have either sold me a damaged watch or damaged the watch upon taking it to inspection since they claim the watch was sold to me in perfect condition. How would we have tampered with the watch in any way if we returned the box in a gift wrap given to us by Chopard?

We require urgent support in order to be able to get my wife a new watch in time for our wedding, we have been saving up for this special day for a long time and it is turning into a nightmare. We truly believe the right thing always prevails in Dubai and appreciate your support.

I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with a recent purchase i made at community pharmacy in wafi mall in health care city
On 26-07-2024 I visited the store located in wafi mall and was required to buy one product from them, then i asked plastic cover branded with their company logo. While i understand that certain items may be necessary for packing i find it quite unusual and inappropriate that i had to pay for a branded plastic cover that essentially serves as qn advertisement for this store
I kindly request that you reveiw this polict and consider providing branded packing as a complimentary service. This change would greatly enhance customer satisfaction and align your practices with the standard expectations of your clientele

I recently ordered a dining table from Wooden twist since I liked a particular design of the dining table. We went to their Al Quoz warehouse and ordered the table and paid in full. To my surprise they shared a picture of the ready item and the design is completely different from what is in the website. Wooden twist refused to provide the design as per their website.

The laundry put some chemicals for my shoes and destroyed them
At the laundry they didn’t give me any documents even I asked “would you give me paper for my order”- they told “no. Just give your number phone”
So now I don’t have receiv from service, and I don’t have shoes. but I have chatt screen with them
Also sent to them screen from insta chat where I bayed this shouse and the price was 1600aed. At the laundry they told me what they can find the same for price 350 so they would not pay
Pls help me. This is not fair. Why I should loose money for their fault?

My car Honda HRV M74160 is in service centre Toyota in Fujairah, we do apply for repair car 26.06, today is 25.07 one month my car is there, because Al Sagar not giving check for service centre as they repared car, but the not release car, because Al Sagar not giving check. I called to Al Sagar, more then 20 times daily, but they did not do what they said to me, they told me that check is coming tomorrow , but no check after 4 days, they told me that they will call me back, but not calling. Worst service ever I had. I am government employee, Government of Fujairah, Emiri Court. Thank you.


Lost business due to suspension of telecom service

I write this complaint with great agony and sadness that even after payment of my telecom dues, my services has not been reconnected for more than 6 hours ( till the time i write this complaint) . I have lost a potential business due to this negligence of the service provider and i am not able to make calls or browse internet till now. I have made numerous calls to their call centre which is being attended by Indians and they do not even know the situation of losing a business due to their negligence. They even asked me to borrow someones internet to use as hotspot so that i can continue to be in touch with my business. How pathetic is that? Even after sending them email with proof of payment, my connection still is not valid. Please dont allow this to happen in UAE.

We gave car for major service , tge garage cane back to us with a AED 4000 quotation. Inspite of denying to go ahead with the proposed quote the service agent Ali forced us to take the package else our life will be in danger. We agreed and they delayed the delivery of car. The next day they asked more money and said more parts need to be changed. Finally 800carguru delivered the car . When my wife drove the car with my 1 year old just to drop him to the park smoke started to come and burning smell too. The garage didn't bother to send recovery for the car so we arranged for recovery and sent it to another mechanic. He confirmed the belt tensioner was not changed as mentioned in the invoice and there were too found inside the engine. Also the oil was not refilled in major service which lead to metal shavings found in the differential. There are 100s of reviews on Google saying the same thing about these guys. Plz do something so others are not scammed and wet get our money back

I hope this message finds you well.

Last night, I unboxed the phone and discovered it was not working. Given the limited warranty, I assumed Apple could resolve it.

Today, I visited the Apple Store, where they diagnosed a battery charging problem. Although they confirmed the phone was otherwise in perfect condition, they informed me of potential repair charges and a week-long wait for repairs. This is unacceptable for a new phone.

I contacted Noon for an exchange or refund. However, they declined my request and directed me to Apple. As the phone is new and should be functional upon purchase, I believe Noon is responsible for providing a replacement or refund. The invoice mentioned their supplier, Bandidos Retail L.L.C.

I seek your assistance in directing Noon to provide a replacement or full refund.

Hi, my wife went to use the spa in Sofitel hotel and when she entered room the experimce was awful and therapist was abrupt and rude not hospitable whatsoever.

When the massage qas aboyf to start and my wife was changed into bed wearing nothing, someone walked in to the room to say that her husband had called and wants to leave. My wofe inissited it wasn't her and she had to get her phone feeling really uncomfortable to then be told sorry it eas somebody else.

And when she left she was reqlly uncofmprtable and because of the commotion frok other guests she gald to walk past everyone. She came back to room crying.

I went the following day to spa to find out ehat happened and manger was not in, so i wemt the next day to then speak to the manager who apologised amd offered a free service. However when i asked my wife to use the free service she said it was that bad i do not want to return back there.

Now the european spa at sofitel are refusing to offer money back as i have not asked for it the same day. I couldnt as my wife was upset she was my main concern

Manager pointed to sign that was covered with menu and i didnt see the sign. There are no other signs in the room

I registered with this company who said they work with Quadrabay to get the Equivalency Certificate. They said they have done many of these. Now 3 months later i still have no Equivalency certificate and they say its not their domain its between Quadrabay and my University. Everytime i connected with them they say they dont have a direct connection with Quadrabay only online. So my question to them is why are they acting as go between and charging for it if they have no direct contact, no say, no help. What am i paying them for and why did they not tell me this upfront? I wd rather go Direct with Quadrabay and not waste the mone i spent on Zone 4. When i asked the. What role they played they say we answer all your messagea. But that is still not getting the job done. I need help here please so that they can stop charging other ppl for no service.
