Received wrong food, and requested for replacement not delivered

Delivered wrong food item which ordered at 01.24.34pm which we received at 2.07 pm and we call for replacement at 2.17 pm till the time we didn't receive it, when we call them again at 3.20 pm still they didn't send it,
