Dear Potential Candidates,
I am writing to share my experience with Mada International Electromechanical to help inform your decision about pursuing employment with them. I was recruited from India for a draftsman position, with the job offer specifying responsibilities involving AutoCAD. The company provided a 30-day visit visa, with a clear commitment in the offer letter to process an employment visa within 15 days. However, upon arrival, I was assigned the role of a storekeeper in Bida Zayed, which was unrelated to the promised position. Additionally, the employment visa was not processed until the 27th day, leaving insufficient time to complete the transition before my return. Furthermore, the company failed to pay my salary for the work performed, indicating fraudulent practices. Despite assurances of career growth and professional development, these promises were not fulfilled.
I strongly advise candidates to exercise caution and thoroughly verify the terms of employment before joining Mada International Electromechanical, as my experience suggests a significant discrepancy between their commitments and actual practices. This company’s actions point to fraudulent behavior, and potential employees should proceed with extreme caution.

Sincerely,
[THANIKESAN V M]
