I ordered a co-ord set from an insta page in dubai they sent me the size guides and i selected my option but when i received the dress there was 2 inches size dif and i approached them to exchange it as this was not the right size as per their size chart ..... they asked me for extra amount which i am.not willing to pay as mistake is at their end ..... i sent them measurement and all but they stopped responding me..... please take action agaisnt such fake business.

This is the scam. Dubai police should take necessary action regarding this. Most people lose the money including me.

It has almost been 4 months since placing an order with this company. Up to today and in spite of numerous communications with their customer service, no refund has been made despite them promising to do so. I truly believe that I have been scammed and that they have no intention of refunding. I advise anyone reading this complaint to stay away from this company I pray that good will punish those responsible for stealing my earned money.

I received my order Nutrigen Omega from Amazon last 25 August with tampered box and stained lid of the bottle. I wanted to demand for a change, since I have some doubts, but it was ignored.

My order has been placed and paid by debit card. They called me and said they were unable to deliver on my location because it was far. Then they said they will not refund me with the money I paid. Totally scammers!

I am writing to formally ask help and assistance of my End of Service Benefits to my outstanding loan, in line with the agreement I signed with Rakbank.

As clearly stated in their email, once I had submitted all the required documents, the remaining balance of my End of Service Benefits would be reversed to my bank account after deducting the agreed portion for my loan. I have already submitted all the documents requested, and also received my salary in the same RAKBANK account.

I emphasize that I strongly disagree with their decision to take the full amount of my End of Service Benefits. Their own communication also stated that my consent is required, and I have never given such consent. I signed an agreement for monthly loan payments, and I expect this to be honored.

It has been very difficult for me to manage this situation. I have gone to different bank branches on my days off, made numerous calls at my own expense, and sent countless emails—yet I keep receiving inconsistent responses. This has caused me significant financial and personal distress. I worked for six years to earn this gratuity, and it is deeply unfair to deny me the balance that rightfully belongs to me.

I am kindly requesting help and assistance to resolve this matter and release the remaining balance of my End of Service Benefits.

Hello on May 18th i booked air cargo from Dubai to India, it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but its more than 3 months i am not getting any update from KRS Cargo

I purchased a Samsung washing machine from Samsung Dubai Mall, delivered by Eros. I paid in full, but the machine was not delivered because the team refused to move it to the 2nd floor, claiming the staircase is delicate.
I request Consumer Protection to oblige the company to complete delivery to my home.

We placed an order from Lulu Hypermarket on 31.08.25 for 5 kilograms of Langnese Golden Clear Pure Bee Honey (159.75 AED) plus a bag (1 AED), totaling 160.75 AED, with home delivery (Order No. 301433020244).

However, the honey was never delivered. Instead, we received a false email stating that the order had been delivered. When I contacted Lulu Hypermarket customer service this morning, the representative initially insisted that the order had been delivered. After further checking, she informed me that the order had actually been canceled—meaning incorrect information had been sent to us and payment had already been taken.

I believe this may be a violation of consumer rights in the UAE. Please advise.

On 24th August, we visited this shop and placed an order for curtains as advised by the salesman. We were informed that the curtains would be ready within two days and delivered to our address, as requested.

Since 27th August, we have been following up with them daily regarding the delivery. However, each day we are given a different story. This morning, they provided us with a contact number for the delivery person, but the number is not reachable. Additionally, they are not answering our calls, and we have no way to get in touch with them.

I have already paid in full for the curtains and delivery but the order has still not been delivered.

I have been lied to repeatedly, manipulated into upgrading the service and haven’t even received the installation. I’ve never been unhappier.

The internet itself is great. The connection and the actual wifi service is too class but the customer service is disgraceful.

Shoelet shoe Dubai is selling shoes on Facebook page. They send wrong shoes and wrong size to customers, when they complained they blocked them. Kindly take action against them. They also send me wrong shoes n wrong size, they blocked me from account n also didn't reply to my calls.

They never deliver the orders and they don’t refund money for months, they are fraud and they steel our money

I purchased a phone on 30-07-2025 from your shop. Within one month, the phone became completely dead. I did not drop it or cause any damage — it suddenly switched off in my hand and never turned on again.

When I returned to your shop, I was told nothing can be done because it is a second-hand phone. However, I believe I have been scammed. The phone appears to be a duplicate/fake iPhone, not genuine as I was led to believe at the time of purchase.

I have the purchase bill as proof. As per UAE consumer protection law, I request immediate action:
• Either replace the phone with a genuine working one,
• Or provide a full refund.

If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the UAE Consumer Protection Department and, if necessary, file a police complaint for fraud and sale of counterfeit goods.

They took my car for service and returned with broken back camera. They took it probably they done something wrong I don’t know what exactly and now my camera is not working. I took whole package which I thought it will be covered services major and small but they asked me for additional payment for parts I thought parts was also included. They are not answering me on WhatsApp. He sent me the money online through tabby by sending me a link to a company named inaya consultancy fz llc. I have also visited their office. Their office is locked but the company's name is written there. Everything is lying inside, chairs, tables, etc. Please help me, I am a poor man. I will be very grateful to you.

After filing a case against the Divine Firniture company the refund had been ordered from the consumer rights department. It was in June. Until now company did not refund the money. Where can I get some help??

I made agreement between my company scarlet ladies saloon and W G G MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C . Agreement advance AED 7500 and AED 3150 i transfer to them.
As per my requirements they are not giving services. They only follow own their rules , they are not respecting and following international rules.
After 2 weeks we stop to work with them. I request them to pay half payment of agreement amount.
