I made a transaction for e&money 9th of june around 11pm on the app. I am sending my money to the bank account in the philippines there deducting my money on my hsbc account but there is no history saying successful. I call them the next day about it they said they already raised a case and wait for 5 working days and the money will be refunded directly on my account, so I wait for 5 days and then 1 message I received that the case has been solved. So i called them that I received a message but when I checked the statement of my bank there is no refunded money. I called them again they said they will do their best to checked it. But until now there just saying "sorry for everything we will make sure to resolved this problem. This is taking so long though this money is not big but it really a big help especially for us. And one agent in E&money name "suraj" telling me that if he can do it to send money coming from him he will send right away and its not good. I need some help to report this issue. Its not good that they are just giving promises to the person whom who trust them to wait but not giving solutions to the problem.
