We ordered a bedroom set from homework living a few months ago. We were told that the order would take 4 weeks to be ready. They delivered the bedroom 11 weeks later. The quality of the work is very poor:
- the paint used has a very strong smell making it very toxic to have at home, and especially in a bedroom.
- the paint is smudged on the edges with poor finishing quality.
- the bench design that they delivered is different from the one I had submitted.
- the legs support in the middle of the bed are higher than the rest of the legs of the bed, afecting the stability of the bed
- the plyboard used for the bed base is very thick and was painted in black using very poor paint. When I wiped it to clean the bed, before using, the paint came out on the cloth.
- the headboard of the bed is very weak, it moves when weight is applied to it.
- the quality of the fabric stitching on the headboard is very bad with bubbles around the corners
- the drawers of the nightstands have a very low internal height. I can't fit anything in them, although they have the exact same external dimensions as the drawers on the console, yet the internal height of the console drawer is higher allowing to store things easily. I had specifically asked that the nightstand drawers be deep enough.
The alignment of the 6 drwears of the dresser is not perfect.
We tried finding an intermediate solution and asked them to fix the issues as such:
- to remove the paint entirely from the furniture and have the wood polished to get rid of the toxic paint. ( they said it's not possible)
- to replace the plywood with a thinner one
- to fix the bench since the design is different. ( they said if they cannot fix it they would refund it)
- to reinforce the headboard
The whole experience has been very inconvenient, with furniture, brought in and out, delays, no solution to our issues.
We have requested that they refund us and display the furniture in their showroom and sell it, but they refused. This store is not collaborating at all and we would like to get refunded back our money.

Cars24 - Used car dealer in Dubai, initially agreed a Nissan Xterra 2022 model for dhs.70,199, later after getting the bank approval of dhs.79,000 from ENBD, they increased with all the hidden charges to 80,000. earlier agreed 70,199 car value, insurance & registration from myside which was coming around 73,000. but they no you have to take our service contract, thorough vehicle check again, waranty charges etc. total 10,000 charging. while refuse to pay, they refusing to pay my deposit dhs.1,000. telling go wherever you would like to complaint. deal did not get cancelled because of my refusal, this is a complete fraudulent act.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Talabat regarding unfair practices, lack of transparency, and unauthorized charges to my debit card.

I have been a loyal Talabat customer for several years and a Talabat Pro subscriber. However, one day I was suddenly unable to place any orders through the application. When I contacted Talabat’s support agents, I was informed vaguely that I had “violated an agreement.” I requested clarification and evidence of this alleged violation, but the agents were unable to provide any explanation. Furthermore, I did not receive any formal notification or email regarding this matter.

Because Talabat failed to resolve this issue, I cancelled my Talabat Pro subscription, as there was no point in continuing to pay for a service that I could not use.

To my surprise and frustration, after not using Talabat for a considerable time, my debit card was suddenly charged again for a Talabat Pro subscription without my permission or authorization. When I tried to contact Talabat, there is no customer service hotline available, only an email option. Unfortunately, Talabat has not responded to my emails.

Due to this unauthorized charge and lack of accountability from Talabat, I was forced to block and replace my debit card to protect myself from further unauthorized transactions.

This situation has caused me financial inconvenience, stress, and a complete loss of trust in Talabat. I respectfully request that the relevant authorities investigate this matter and take necessary action to:
1. Ensure I am fully refunded for the unauthorized Talabat Pro subscription charge.
2. Hold Talabat accountable for charging customers without proper authorization.
3. Require Talabat to provide transparent and accessible customer support, including a proper hotline in the UAE.

I sincerely hope your office can assist me in resolving this matter fairly. I am attaching screenshots of my Talabat account, subscription history, and the unauthorized charge from my bank statement for your reference.

Applying in Lithuania i just give my first payment of 3000aed on May 27, 2024 and after that on August 10,2024 i give my second payment of 3500aed a total of 6500aed.But they give me only refund for 2000aed on May 28, 2025 Until to date nothing happened,they just only kept on promising me that soon you will get it until now how many times i went there in their office but the same scenario they are explaining. I sent a cargo through DR Courier & Cargo and its over 4 months but not delivered. All their offices are closed & none of the numbers were working until recently one contact number was ringing. After speaking to the person he said it has been taken over by a new company & cargo will be delivered in a few days but nothing was delivered. Now they are saying they don't have any idea about the cargo & its pending in customs. I have read the google reviews & came to know that they have cheated many other customs. I bought a few items from Pan Emirates, including a mattress. I specifically asked if it was motion-resistant and suitable for a hydraulic system bed, and I was assured at the Barsha branch that it is. Since I am a light sleeper, this was very important to me.

However, after receiving it a few days ago, I have been unable to sleep because I can feel my husband moving, and the mattress vibrates. On top of that, I am unable to lift my hydraulic bed, and it almost broke due to the excessive weight of the mattress — even three members of the Pan Emirates crew struggled to fix it.

Now, I have been told that it cannot be returned because it does not have a manufacturing defect, despite the fact that I was given incorrect guidance when making the purchase

بتاريخ [7-اغسطس -2025 ] قمت بشراء جهاز عجان من موقع نون، ودفعـت المبلغ كاملًا وقيمته [2750] درهم.
بعد الاستلام، تبين أن المنتج غير مطابق للمواصفات المطلوبة، فقمت بالتواصل مع الشركة وطلب استرداد المبلغ.

بتاريخ [8-اغسطس -2025]، أرسلت الشركة مندوبًا لاستلام الجهاز، وتم بالفعل استلامه من طرفهم.
لاحقًا، أرسلت لي الشركة بريدًا إلكترونيًا يؤكد أن المبلغ سيتم استرداده خلال 4 أيام عمل.

Placed order on 24-05-2025 delivery was supposed to be on 31-05-2025. When order was not delivered , I called and e mailed them several times to no avail. I then asked for a refund on 25/06 I requested a refund and up to date no refund has been received in fact, they stopped answering my e mails.
I have seen similar complaints on your site and other such as Reddit and Trustpilot and wondering as to how they continue to scam people and get away with it.

The company made me pay AED2075 for a work permit at a school called OTR International School. They said 500 is for initial payment and 1575 is for the Luxembourg government fees. After I paid they stopped communicating and did not give me the permit. I would like them to give back my money.

Je dépose une plainte contre AHM Tourism pour fausse déclaration et tactiques de vente à haute pression. Le 14/08/2025], j'ai été invité à une présentation où on m'a dit qu'AHM Tourism travaille avec l'État de Dubaï et opère sous le nom du roi. Cette affirmation a été utilisée pour rendre l'entreprise officielle et digne de confiance. Au cours de la réunion, on m'a montré d'autres contrats clients et des exemples de réservation pour me faire croire que le service était légitime. J'ai été poussé à signer un contrat immédiatement sans suffisamment de temps pour examiner les conditions en détail. J'ai payé 17 850 AED par carte (bordereau de transaction et reçu joints). Une fois que j'ai vérifié en ligne, j'ai découvert plusieurs rapports et avertissements d'autres consommateurs affirmant des pratiques de vente trompeuses similaires de la part de cette entreprise. Cela constitue une fausse déclaration et une incitation frauduleuse en vertu des lois sur la protection des consommateurs des Émirats arabes unis. Je demande l'annulation immédiate du contrat et un remboursement complet. Pièces jointes : - Copie du contrat signé - Trepeau de transaction par carte - Reçu de paiement

I made an online purchase from GEEKAY online store for a YANGO Play 12-Months Subscription on August 8th, 2025. I was supposed to get the subscription code instantaneously, however I kep receiving error messages from their portal.

I called the number and emailed the address mentioned the receipt with no response, I visited Dubai Mall branch who informed me that they can't help as it is an online store order, then finally I emailed customer service several times asking for the code or a full refund and they are stalling with no action taken till date.

As the seller failed to deliver the digital code for a week now, I wish to get refunded without further delays.

In July 2024, Du technician changed our Internet speed but said we have to change Account and Landline Telephone number. Du changed both. But till July, 2025, Du charged for this Account
No. 1.11318988 monthly Dhs. 628.95 for 12 months. I called Du on 800155 and they found mistake and informed me I shall get Refund of Dhs. 5,985/-. But till now I have not received this refund amount.

I was connected one of immigration consultancy in Dubai, name is imperium visas and as agreed they will provide the with in 180 days that will send to me and my family to UK skilled worker visa, they insisted to pay 32000/-payment aed an advance, which Ia I was paid last year June 32000aed,but unfortunately I didn't got any series and they have betrayed they have not given proper information and details, or any contents.

After 1 year now I was insisting my money back refundable but since they are mentioning last few months we will let u know only now almost 1year 2 months done.

Therefore I am complaining about their services, which is not reliable and truth they are btrating and cheating with innocent customers, if you check in Google review will come to know.

I am expecting my money 32000/-will refundable as soon as possible and requesting governamnet of Dubai consumer department please take serious actin against this kind of companies where they are betraying with nations.

I bought a new tyre from Maria Tyres Trading on 26th April 2025, and they said a one-year warranty covered it.Unfortunately, the tyre got damaged, and I visited the showroom to get it fixed under warranty, but they told me it wouldtake at least seven days for inspection. I've followed up after seven days, and again I visited the showroom. Theshowroom manager denied the warranty due to unnecessary reasons . The first day they told me it happened due to hittingthe road edge .now they are saying it was a puncture. However, my clear question to them was how it broke within three-months. One of the store manager Mrs. Maria, denied the claim for several reasons. She treated me very poorly .

I apply 3 RESIDENT VISAS in SADAF ALNOOR DOCUMENTS CLEANING SERVICES for my clients for the pass 3 months now still no positive results with all the client deposit I made to this office for the services they promised to accomplish. Payment of 6400 AED in 3 transactions was made to Springfield Travel & Toursim LLC Dubai Branch through bank transfer to process A2A Visa change for 2 people Passport number ( B00462395 and A00308395 ) which included money for the visa change process and security deposit of 3000 AED Refundable after exiting UAE or change of visa status. One visa was approved for passport number B00462395 and the other visa for passport number A00308395 was rejected which required a ticket back to home country.
Travel agency informed us to book ticket and we got the ticket and she travelled. After they informed us that they had booked ticket No. 1762788915867 and shared a copy of ticket which did not exist ( scam ). I checked with the airline through chat and direct call and they confirmed that the ticket was not booked and not paid by the travel agency . I have all the proof and receipts for your reference
Am asking the travel agency to refund the money for security deposit and they have refused to refund. Am kindly requesting for support in this matter because when I went to police they directed me to you.

I sold some cosmetic items to them, they promised to pay advance along with PDC chqs after they receive the goods, they only paid Aed,19000/- an for the PDC they said they will visit my office an give the PDC and this was supposed to happen on 10th of June, PDC dates 5th July & 5th Aug, till date chq's not given neither is he answering my call or messages, even if he does fake promises is made, As per him the told me go ahead and complain with legal he has no problem.

I was supposed to fly with my family in Etihad Airlines on 5th August, 2025 at 23.05 p.m.I arrived to the airport on time and got my bags checked-in. I was not informed of any aircraft issues. I went through security check and proceeded with my family to the assigned gate number. After we reached the gate, we were about to wait for boarding when we were informed that the flight developed some technical issues and the engineers are working on it. But the staff cannot guarantee whether the flight will fly or not. After one hour they announced that the boarding time is 00.05. After 00.05 passed they once again changed to 01.05 boarding time. After 1.45 they announced that the flight got cancelled and we have to claim our baggage. We had to go through immigration once again and after one and a half hour we got our baggage and our tickets got confirmed to 6th August 16.20.p.m. So we hired a taxi and went to our relative’s home. As we did not receive any further information we hired a taxi to the airport. On arrival to the airport we received message that the flight got rescheduled once again to 23.30.p.m. I received mail after reaching the airport that my flight has got rescheduled. They have such poor communication with the passengers. I would like to take this matter seriously and would like to claim all the losses and the claim against stress they have given.
