أتقدم بهذه الشكوى ضد متجر سحر الشرق للعطور، حيث تم إغلاق حسابي منذ أكثر من شهر وكان به رصيد قدره 180 درهم إماراتي، ورغم تواصلي المتكرر مع خدمة العملاء عبر واتساب، لم أتلقَ أي رد مقنع أو حل للمشكلة حتى الآن، وأطالب باسترجاع رصيدي أو إعادة تفعيل الحساب فورًا وتعويضي عن الضرر حيث ان فتره العرض انتهت

I bought a washing machine from this seller for AED 450. He said the machines are serviced with no faults and gave 1-month warranty. The first machine had issues, and he refused repair or pickup, so I paid transport to return it. He gave me another machine yesterday, and I paid transport again. I placed on order in may and the very time I was checking on their website, I was getting the same update: my order was placed right on the day I was checking and that it will arrive in 2 weeks. Every few days, same story. I called them and the lady had no clue about my order and that they will get back to me by email. The email was saying that they will place the order just then, and that I will get my product by the end of June. So I’ve decided to cancel my order and ask for refund. And I’m waiting for it since 3 months. All I’m getting is the same lame excuses mail with “we are actively working on it”. I believe they are fake and stealing people’s money.

- Conversion rate applied by FAB is 3.65 (USD TO AED).

For euorop work visa with in 6 months CROSS BOARDER VISA SERVICE AGANCY charged me 4200 dhs.after the payment tmade the process very slow and in active so I applied for a refund. as per our agreement they should give my refund after 90 days of refund request made.they also Mail me to wait for the update. After waiting for the 90 days duration now they are planning to not give me my refund.also I doubt that they are not a visa agency they are cheating people with the name of work visa

I changed my prescription lens last October 2024. June 25, 2025 the frame was broken. June 28, 2025 I went to Ibn Battuta branch to change it but it’s not available. June 29th I went to Al Reem mall AUH and it’s not available too but they checked in Dalma mall branch and has only one piece but have to pay 400 for the frame because it’s out of warranty and to be able to used the existing lens. I drove right away to Dalma Mall to received the replacement frame. I asked Mr. Marcha the sales rep. that I have decided now to change my prescription lens too which still under warranty but with a different frame. The reason why I want to changed it because if in case my existing frame was broken again I will never be able to use my lens again because this frame is discontinued. So to save money and use my lens warranty as well. But Mr. Marcha said they will changed it only for manufacturer’s defect. Could you please help me regarding this matter because I believe its my right to have it.

From this company I apply for Lithuania work permit visa at February 2024, within one year they can not provide me any documents or work permit. As per our agreement if they are unable to provide work permit within one year. They will refund my full money. After one year finish I was applying for refund. Repairman visited and stated that there was a problem with either compressor or the thermostat, stating that he had to bring it back to their shop to determine the problem. Once back at the shop, they called indicating that the problem was the compresssor. REturned the fridge to us and the thermostat only was replaced, they did not touch the compressor but billed us for a compressor repair. Instead, they replaced our thermostat only with a thermostat that was not compatible with original model which does not correspond with the thermostat settings inside of the fridge. As I talked with the customer executive of ENBD today, I have deposited 720 AED of the overdue amount by Tuesday evening.
But ENBD imposed so many charges on my card and blocked now. I was using my card properly, suddenly on May 4th, my card got blocked and I cannot use it. Since that ENBD bank is simply posting charges and it accumulated very high upto around 10000 AED. Kindly help to remove those charges and activate my card.

On 4th May Suddenly I received a message that I have used more than 5,705.97 AED than my card limit and if I don't paid that bank will charge me over limit fee. Actually I never used my card without any balance in it. When I tried to use my card in Jaleel traders for 384.30 with a card balance showing 1250.41 aed (pfa above), it declined and I used my debit card for payment. From May 4th 2025, till now ENBD charged me around 10000 AED as some charges. I tried to contact the bank directly and called customer care several times and still I didn't get any favorable reply. Kindly remove my unimposed charges asap and I can use my card properly like how I did before.
