Short credit of amountOpen
Not Resolved
As per inward advice USD 36,910/- was received from insurance company,
- AED 134,834.75 is credited to my account on 19th April.
- Conversion rate applied by FAB is 3.65 (USD TO AED).
The actual USD conversion rate as per UAE central bank site is 3.6725 (this rate is fixed)
- Short credit of AED 717/- to my account.
Kindly explain this shortage.

Despite multiple emails no response on actual problem, it is impossible to reach customer care..no reason of application of different conversion rate
