Failed to Provide Purchased Item

I made an online purchase from GEEKAY online store for a YANGO Play 12-Months Subscription on August 8th, 2025. I was supposed to get the subscription code instantaneously, however I kep receiving error messages from their portal. I called the number and emailed the address mentioned the receipt with no response, I visited Dubai Mall branch who informed me that they can't help as it is an online store order, then finally I emailed customer service several times asking for the code or a full refund and they are stalling with no action taken till date. As the seller failed to deliver the digital code for a week now, I wish to get refunded without further delays.
