No service delivered, poor customer serviceOpen
I booked on JustLife for a professional to come to my apartment to install curtains at 3pm .
I tried to call the professional, his number was switched off. I then called customer service and spoke to Haifa, who was. Or helpful at all, argumentative , kept cutting my calls, deliberately not picking my calls and I know this because I called her from a different number , she picked up and then cut the call again .
I already paid for this service. I call them repeatedly , at 2:55pm she informs me nobody is available for my booking. I tell her it’s urgently and it needs to be done before 4:30pm in the building as maintenance is not allowed in the building after 5pm. I get no updates ! I call back maybe 10 times , still nothing . She’s not answering , then she picks up, I ask for onsite supervisor number she could not provide , I asked for managers number , she’s saying “ he is on break” “I cannot provide “ . This is such a pathetic service .
She continues to argue , well into after 5pm. Still no professional sent to my apartment, still no updates , still no professionalism .
I email them, the email tells me do it on the app. The app doesn’t allow us to do this , I call customer service , they don’t help. Haifa is absolutely pathetic at her job and should not be working there . The stress this has caused me and I have had to take off work to be around for the booking. Only for the booking to not show and to receive no help at all is just disappointing.
Haifa is the lady I spoke to for customer service , Osman is apparently the onsite supervisor .
I have called them for my refund and am now waiting for it .
