Vendor: Thwifty (thwifty.com / bh.thwifty.com) Purchase Date: 31 January 2025 Total Amount Paid: BHD 224 (BHD 186 + BHD 38) An order was placed with Thwifty in January 2025 for 224 BHD. Despite 3 months of misleading updates, the product was not delivered, and after formally cancelling the order in April 2025, no refund has been given, despite assurances. The matter was brought before the UAE Consumer Protection, but only 38 BHD of the 224 has been refunded. I have had to reopen the UAE complaint three times. It remains unresolved. Thwifty is a disgraceful, unethical company. Avoid at all costs.
