Dear Officials,
I would like to raise a complaint and enquiry on your (Swiss-Capital-ME) sales/customer service employee who keeps calling me to invest in FOREX via your platform. He introduced himself as Nihal, calling from +971522875276 to my number +971521126466 today 16-Oct-2025 at 10:54AM.
He started the call with pleasantries and told me there are opportunities to invest. I told him politely that I am not interested. He started reminding that he has been following up with me for 1.5 years and I have kept refusing to invest. I told him I do not have the capital to invest. He told me that I am living in Dubai for so many years and cannot accumulate money to invest. I told him I have other priorities and cannot proceed with forex. He told me that I have opened an account with Swiss-Capital a year before but not invested anything. I politely asked him to delete my account as I was not aware of it being active. He then with rude vocal, told me to not waste his time if I am not interested. I told him I did not call him to waste his time to which he replied 'yes, you are wasting my time from 1.5 years and now on the call too'. Next I cut the call.
This employee from your organization has made multiple insults to me, demeaned my financial situation and caused me mental stress.
Request immediate action on the employee and a relief solution for myself.
