Faulty brand new car
I bought a car in December 23 and it was pulling on the right. After so many fights they admitted the car is faulty. They promised refund but I am still fighting for it. Their process is taking over 3 weeks.
Scammer, injustice. Very rude
My name is luqmaan I rented a bmw 7 series from a rental company long term rental. Paid for 3 months. Already. All is good. The rental company their negligence they gave me a car with old tires. Expired tires. And you know the heat in Dubai. I complained to them the car is showing tyre pressure I put air still showing same thing. They told me just keep air no problem. I said okay. One day I was driving normal speed the tire blew up. And I lost control of the car I almost had a crash but I controlled I didn’t hit anything. I called them they took the car and I went back home. Since then. It’s been more than 14 days I haven’t received the car yet. Keep in mind I had 2 fines and salik and everything which I needed to pay. And we signed an agreement that states if I don’t pay the salik and fines. They will block the car. Meaning the car will not start. It will be off. But it’s with me. And until I pay the salik balance and all. They will not unblock it. I’m okay with that. Now it’s been more than 14 days. I’m asking them. They telling me pay the balance and take the car. Pay balance and take the car. I told them the agreement states you will block the car. Not take the car from me. That way i understand I cannot drive the car until I pay the balance and I’m okay with that. But they took the car from me. They don’t want to give it to me. Until I pay. And my rent is still up. How sure I am that they did not rent the car to someone else while it’s still under my rent. They can rent it short term it’s almost 500 dirhams a day. And they are rude ignoring me. Please can someone help me🙏🏼.
Refund scammers
I bought item that was faulty through this company. I paid cash on delivery. I asked the driver to police stop and come back and pick up the item because it doesn’t work. It’s broken and he said he cannot. I have to contact the company so I took a photograph. I did a video I sent all the pictures that the company requested I sent via WhatsApp only as I don’t have a number that I can actually call and speak to a customer service. I sent them everything they requested and asked if they could just send the driver to come back and give me back my money They said no they will have to get back to me and they kept writing to me in Arabic but I’m clearly English and they kept addressing me as I was a man and then they and then another person from the same department or same company. I wouldn’t say department contacted me and asked me for the same document again and then another person again and then another person at 1 o’clock in the morning and then another one speaking to me in Arabic on WhatsApp and I’m just so exhausted now I’m asking please can you please give me a refund for this item it’s faulty and it’s been over a week, maybe 10 days now and they’re still messing me around and I’ve just now Come to realise they have no intention of returning my refund and I’m just so irritated that I decided to contact you To contact you and inform you of there conduct
hostile business practices from Gymnation
In December of 2022, we found out that gymnation was double charging our credit card (i.e. charging us twice a month for the same membership). We proceeded to call gymnation and try to solve the issue, they tried to claim that they were charging the card for 'the membership of my wife Asmaa Mansour,' which was peculiar as my wife never had a membership with this gym.
Later we find out this all started due to a misunderstanding, because my wife was acting as a guarantor for my son while he was renewing membership. Thus, they had made 2 accounts, one for my son and one in the name of his mother. After that they started charging twice a month in the name of my son and wife, so they could 'double-dip' so to speak.
We found this quite unacceptable, so we decided to formally terminate our membership with gymnation by sending an email stating that we would like to resolve the issue, and that we were no longer interested in renewing our memberships. We even sent proof from the hospital after my son's car crash that he could no longer exercise for a long time. Despite all this, this organisation still try to charge our credit card (which has now been blocked) 2-3 times everyday! They also still send hostile emails/text messages/phone calls harassing and threatening my son about these payments.

Didn't deliver my package
I ordered from aster yesterday at 4 pm they wrote that it will be delivered at the same day and deducted the amount from my visa
At 7 pm they told me it's out for delivery but till now I didn't receive it! This is not the first time they are doing the same, when I'm calling customer service they are saying we will check and call you but no one is calling they are ver careless
Huawei y9 prime 2019
As I had purchased this device Huawei y9 prime 2019, from noon.com dated on 26.11.23, then after some time the LCd came out as the unit was in warranty, then I send it to noon.com service center on 02.june.24 , then dated on 29.june they send me the Device with the service center report saying that we have replaced it with new mobile when I checked the mobile it was used and it was refurbished mobile, then I login a complain in noon.com they collected the mobile from me and again after 20 days dated on 20.7.24 they send me the same mobile which I refused to pick and in the service center report same thing it was mentioned that we had replaced the mobile with new unit after 20 days I received it's same thing and they are cheating with the customer
Product catches fire
I bought a product from amazon. Order dated 13th June 2024

The hair dryer which I bought on the above mentioned item just caught fire on my very first use which was tonight.
I had an infant in my arms while using the stand dryer, it just started heating up and smoke went out and started to burn, the house was full of smoke and the plastic was melting !
I am still shocked and terrified of what happened
I called amazon team and they asked me to return it othetwise no refund will be issued.
As u can see in the video the product have melted so I am not sure what can be returned except for the stand !
I need to file an official complain regarding the product as it is 100% not safe to use and should be recalled !

Misbehave in road
Scooter no sharjah 6342 driver, not riding well in road, when I driving my car he's behind me to rush mood, keep contionious horn. After that I am asking to wait, he's argueingme. Similar hes asking me you dont know how to drive in the road and misbehave me.
Refund not received
I have purchase item from splash worth amount 255 AED on june 26th 2024. I returned the item on 28th june but i have not received refund amount yet .its been more than three weeks. I keep calling them including multiple emails but they are processing the fund.
Refund was not credited after cancellation of the item
We have purchased Danube Milano Water filter and they informed the item will be installed within 7 days, the item was not received rather installed in said date. Visited the branch in Barsha and they informed to refund the money within 14days. Enquired about the refund they now claim that the item already installed at my home as per the staff. Several times we have contacted and informed the same but we didnt get any response till now
Delivery at 3 am, texting and calling, absolute nuisance
The delivery date of my package was registered on 21, and the next delivery was on 07/20/2024 at 3:14 am!!! He sent several messages on WhatsApp and then called me, I am sick at home and I also had heart palpitations after this call. Right in the middle of sleep time!!! I can't understand why!?!?
Flydubai causing major financial loss and refusing to compensate
Me “Mona Mowafy” and my daughter “Layla ElTonsy, were traveling to attend a gymnastics competition in Bulgaria& from my daughter’s gymnastics team with us on the same flight there was; a Bulgarian child “Paulina Tomova”& her grandmother “Sne Jhana Shahanska”, plus an Egyptian child “Alia ElFazary” traveling alone with us as part of the group.
As a group of 5 who all checked in, we were surprised to find out at the boarding gate that the child traveling alone with us “Alia ElFazary” has an immature visa, although all 5 of us were checked in by the Flydubai checkin employee.
The boarding crew informed us that Alia cannot travel and neither can us, because as a child she cannot be left alone at the gate and that we had to stay with her.
I asked for help in such an emergency situation as we didn’t want to miss our flight and Alia’s mum was still in the airport, but the boarding employees refused to try to help us in any possible way. We needed any authorized airport employee to help escort the child to her mum or even the airport police, but the boarding employees were not cooperative and denied us all from traveling.
This is all because of the mistake done by the Flydubai employee at the check in counter!
I emailed a complaint to Flydubai asking for compensation, but they replied to my email saying that they cannot provide a compensation and that the case is closed for them and any email else that I will send will be considered a feedback!
It’s an emotional devastation for my daughter missing participating in an international competition, in addition to the financial loss of the tickets paid, hotel reservations, transportation in Bulgaria and competition fee. All of these losses because of the mistake done by the Flydubai check-in employee. Then Flydubai responding to my complaint saying it’s a feedback.

Grocery items selling 220% extra price
For my job purpose I'm moved in Jumeirah village triangle. But I really can't afford here supermarket grocery. Lots of day I comeback from grocery without buying anything. 5 kg rice bag usually I buy from carrefour 36 AED. Here danat supermarket they selling 73 AED. I go to next shop triangle supermarket they selling 47 AED same rice same brand. I don't know really here about consumer if they monitoring price. I know there is some supermarket in UAE like waitors their selling 5 AED items 15 AED we don't go there even we can't afford. But small small supermarket how they they can put the price tag 220% extra.
Loan does not credit to my acxount
I applied online loan they offered loan 10,000 aed lowest amount then the ask me to ask show or deposit 1 month installment payment 843 derham and they gave the account details of on person as a proof that I hve the capability to pay... Then after that they said my Iban number is wrong so that's why my loan was not credited to my account then the ask me again to pay 4k derham for the penalty in order to release the fund. Then they're lots of msg from 3 people using watsapp which is very suspicious coz they can't provide a calling number in short the transaction only is why texting in watsapp and calling... I want to take it back the money 843 derham from this scammer
Change and delivery
I purchased Matress from Matress store online and post to that I found that the Matress is very soft and due to my health issue I couldn’t use I went back to Matress store asking them to only change it to firm one but they have been delaying and on July 06 they accept to change the Matress and continualy I was following but still they didnot give me proper right time by when they will change the Matress and I’m suffering from kidney problem and cannot keep it also they asked me to pay additional charges for change which is 500dirhams and still I paid it on same day and then I keep following up to let me when they will share the proper date they don’t answer however I highlighted Iam not well and need to travel

AC malfunctioning and not sending technician
We bought an AC (FRIGIDAIRE) and bought extended warranty till 2026. The AC is not functioning from last Saturday and raise the complaint on last Saund ay. They said within 3 working days technicians will come and repair it. Till today (17-07-2024) no one came. It’s summer and heat is unbelievable. My family with kids are suffering horribly even after spending so much on this product. So please help us to resolve this issue ASAP.
