As I had purchased this device Huawei y9 prime 2019, from noon.com dated on 26.11.23, then after some time the LCd came out as the unit was in warranty, then I send it to noon.com service center on 02.june.24 , then dated on 29.june they send me the Device with the service center report saying that we have replaced it with new mobile when I checked the mobile it was used and it was refurbished mobile, then I login a complain in noon.com they collected the mobile from me and again after 20 days dated on 20.7.24 they send me the same mobile which I refused to pick and in the service center report same thing it was mentioned that we had replaced the mobile with new unit after 20 days I received it's same thing and they are cheating with the customer
