Not delivering items and refusing to reimburse customersOpen
Dear Team,
We regularly order on Deliveroo and many times is happened that some items are not delivered, while they refuse to reimburse them..
I have contacted the customer service on the live chat, however they just keep copy pasting the same generic messages, even without reading nor responding to my questions/messages.
It has been 30 minutes now that they keep copy pasting the same 3 messages.
This is not the first time that I have this issue with Deliveroo and I believe it’s worth highlighting it.
