Dear Team, We regularly order on Deliveroo and many times is happened that some items are not delivered, while they refuse to reimburse them.. I have contacted the customer service on the live chat, however they just keep copy pasting the same generic messages, even without reading nor responding to my questions/messages. It has been 30 minutes now that they keep copy pasting the same 3 messages. This is not the first time that I have this issue with Deliveroo and I believe it’s worth highlighting it.
