1000aed deposit was not refunded since March
My name is regina balucanag domingo and have rented a car through Tamam from march 3-8 https://www.tamamcarrental.ae/ https://www.instagram.com/tamam_car_rental?igsh=MXY1b2p0MmlvMG5vdg== and deposited 1000aed cash aside from the rental payment however no refund is done until now. They seldom response and almost leave you with hope when you reach them. Very poor service and no interest to response despite of relentlessly reaching all of their phone numbers DRIVER +971 52 916 9906 SALES +971 52 673 0925 MAIN +971 52 362 1308 FINANCE +971 52 779 5330. I have attempted to extend my rent at the time however they mentioned that they are only accepting new customers to get more deposits. I have the receipts on the cash transaction. I would like to formally raise a complain so they do not scam other residents especially tourists.
