Unfulfilled promotions
I am writing with disappointment regarding my recent experience with FAB Bank. In December 2024, I opened a Tier 2 account through FAB representative, Mr. Srujan, and was informed that, as part of their ongoing promotion, I would receive an iPhone 16 (128 GB). Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, I am yet to receive the promised item—and it has now been 6 months. Now on contacting the customer care team they have closed my complaint without my consent stating the promotion policy has been revised and I am no more eligible as per the new policy in 2025. This is very frustrating when the representative assured me every month stating I would receive the reward by end of the month and now the representative has resigned from FAB and FAB is not fulfilling the T&C guaranteed my their staff.
