I sent Duvet and Pillow along with the covers to get cleaned, they said they will deliver next day, they delivered after 2 days! Every time I followed up they gave me a certain time and never showed up!!!! After finally I received the items, they smell like smoke and cigarettes and are dirty!!!! These people should no longer be working!
