Order 110410 I received 2 damaged pillow cases and asked the company the exchange product and the y refused as it passed 2 weeks . I am aware of company policy however I trusted the company as I ordered from them many time and had 0 issue . Customer service was helpless kept saying they can do nothing and didn’t offer any gesture
