I have ordered 2 products from Noon and on both occasions they have deliberately sent the wrong item. I have ordered Acuvue Oasys contact lenses with the prescription of +5.25. On the first occasion they sent -10.0 prescription and on the second occasion they sent -5.25. I have contacted them with the proof of their fraudulent actions and they are failing to reply.
