I would like to bring to the authorities’ attention that a travel and tourism company named Future Life approached me on 24-04-2025 and invited me to their office in Oasis, Dubai, to collect a gift. During the visit, they presented their company’s services and products, which appeared attractive, and I purchased a package named FLTT-GOLD. The total price of this package was AED 15,000, with the written commitment in the agreement that I would receive a LULU shopping voucher every month that is the part of official contract agreement (The screen shot attached as reference.) Since the purchase, they have issued only three vouchers. To obtain even the last voucher, I had to send nine reminder emails. Despite my repeated follow-ups, they have failed to honor their commitments. Due to their continuous non-compliance, I decided to cancel the policy and request a refund of the package that gives me my rights (Please refer attached agreement Clause 14). However, they are now using delaying tactics and refusing to return my money. This has caused me significant inconvenience and wasted time.
