taking my 70dhs but not giving my orders but they take my money

i order yesterday 70dhs in deliveroo hence im at work while i order i know they will just leave my order outside the door but to my surprice they brinh back my order and didnt give my hard earn money. this is not good habit of them they can just leave my order bt they didnt
