On sunday 06 july 2025 i got fraud from my card was deducted 662 dirhams. When i was logging in in my CBD mobile App it ask for my card number and security code. When i try the amount was deducted from my card. Then i raise complain to CBD customer care. Today monday 21st 2025 CBD customer service replied me that i have shared the OTP and they cannot refund the amount. But i am sure i didnt get the OTP and also i didnt share any OTP. Kindly i request to solve my issue i want refund from CBD bank. Thanks and regards
