I bought Rossetti cast iron pan from Rossetti shop on 12 Nov 2025. It has been unboxed and never been used till 16 Nov 2025. On the 16th Nov 2025 we noticed a small defect inside on the enamel coating. I brought it to the shop with the original receipt. It can be investigated that it has never been used, never been touched to fire or induction. The store refuses to exchange, refund or even repair. Find attached the receipts and the defect.
