End of Service Benefits ReversalOpen
I am writing to formally ask help and assistance of my End of Service Benefits to my outstanding loan, in line with the agreement I signed with Rakbank.
As clearly stated in their email, once I had submitted all the required documents, the remaining balance of my End of Service Benefits would be reversed to my bank account after deducting the agreed portion for my loan. I have already submitted all the documents requested, and also received my salary in the same RAKBANK account.
I emphasize that I strongly disagree with their decision to take the full amount of my End of Service Benefits. Their own communication also stated that my consent is required, and I have never given such consent. I signed an agreement for monthly loan payments, and I expect this to be honored.
It has been very difficult for me to manage this situation. I have gone to different bank branches on my days off, made numerous calls at my own expense, and sent countless emails—yet I keep receiving inconsistent responses. This has caused me significant financial and personal distress. I worked for six years to earn this gratuity, and it is deeply unfair to deny me the balance that rightfully belongs to me.
I am kindly requesting help and assistance to resolve this matter and release the remaining balance of my End of Service Benefits.
