On May 5th, 2025, my iPhone screen cracked, so I took it to the Apple Store for repair. I was informed that the repair would take approximately one week. They also advised against installing a non-original screen, as it would not be compatible with the phone and features such as Face ID would not function properly.

Due to the delay, I visited MINUTES at the Mall of the Emirates in search of a quicker solution. I specifically requested an original screen replacement. I was offered two options: a non-original screen for AED 300 and an original one for AED 700. I insisted on the original screen. They confirmed the installation of the original screen, applied a screen protector, and provided a one-year warranty.

However, upon returning home, the screen displayed only green and blue colors and became unresponsive. I was unable to enter a passcode or activate Face ID.

I returned to the store the following day under the terms of the warranty. Despite the issue clearly being covered, I was asked to pay an additional AED 700 to fix it—contradicting the warranty agreement.

I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the necessary repairs are carried out without any additional charges, in line with the warranty provided.
