Had ordered a Hax 2 seater Sofa from the Ibn Battuta store and delivery date was 31st of Oct, Home Box did not deliver it and when contacted the customer care their staff member Hamza said that during delivery it got damaged and the best they can do is only a refund for which I need to go to the store and can’t be done online. As I had order this entire set with Bed, Unit, coffee table, Shoe rack they just completely ignored my request for a replacement and said best we can do is only a refund. I have guest arriving at my place in next 2 days and don’t have a sofa and will again have to go through the entire process of reordering a new one and a diff delivery date. Hamza just
Played on the call the mute unmute games were he did not utter a word after constant questioning that how do we resolve this.
Very dissatisfied and a strict action should be taken as a refund is not something that is justice to my time and energy.
