I paid for this product on 29 April and never got it,they don’t answer my calls neither messages,at this point I only need my refund for all the inconvenience they caused and stress

Hello!with regards of my post ,as per the subject itself “refund “,I didn’t do all of this for nothing.This DH furniture after payment they vanished,never answered,never updated me ,therefore I bought another cabinet,now after you called them,they said my cabinet will be delivered tomorrow,I don’t need it anymore,don’t encourage please this approach,I guess that’s why they do this because there is no proper consumer rights.i have the right for refund,as they never delivered,they never answered,never updated me
