Subject: Complaint Against Consultancy based in Dubai for Fraud & Delayed DHA Licensing Process

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Nepalese nurse living in Dubai. In [2023], I paid NPR 4,00,000 (~AED 11,000) to a consultancy which is based in both Nepal and Dubai to process my DHA license. Even after passing the DHA exam in September 2024, they did not start the DataFlow process till now ,which has now caused me to lose eligibility under new rules.

Because of their delay, I:
• Missed the chance to be licensed.
• Paid AED 6000 more for a college but now I'm not doing classes as well because I didn't find it right.

I have all payment proof and records. I believe this is a case of fraud, and I kindly request that you take necessary action, or advise me how I can legally proceed against this agency while living in Dubai.
