We placed Dine In order at Burger King, located at Adnoc Oasis Fuel Station, near Arabian Ranches in Dubai. We ordered 2 large meals and 2 burgers separately. After placing the order, when we came out, we saw a promotion display that mentioned if you place an order for a large meal, you get a burger for free. When we asked the staff, he started defending himself and said that customer must ask for it then only we give it. He also said that Promotion is an old one and was only valid for launch of the outlet. When we asked him then why the promotion is still displayed, he did not have any valid justification for the same. We believe this is incorrect and wrong on part of the Burger King who did not offer the promotion details in the first place or is displaying wrong promotion. Kindly look into this matter as this is misleading for tourists visiting Dubai and against the principles of Dubai.
