I have placed an order on the 6th of September. They have not delivered my item although I have called many times and sent an emails as well. I have also asked for refund but they did not.

It has almost been 4 months since placing an order with this company. Up to today and in spite of numerous communications with their customer service, no refund has been made despite them promising to do so. I truly believe that I have been scammed and that they have no intention of refunding. I advise anyone reading this complaint to stay away from this company I pray that good will punish those responsible for stealing my earned money.

I had ordered an item from Thwifty.com which they could not fulfill. I had asked them to cancel the order and process the refund. It's been a month and still haven't received the amount. They keep mentioning they have informed their accounts team for the refund.

I placed on order in may and the very time I was checking on their website, I was getting the same update: my order was placed right on the day I was checking and that it will arrive in 2 weeks. Every few days, same story. I called them and the lady had no clue about my order and that they will get back to me by email. The email was saying that they will place the order just then, and that I will get my product by the end of June. So I’ve decided to cancel my order and ask for refund. And I’m waiting for it since 3 months. All I’m getting is the same lame excuses mail with “we are actively working on it”. I believe they are fake and stealing people’s money.

I ordered 2 cakes through thwifty.com and i cancelled that order next day after seeing the reviews of the site. Since 4 months asking for my refund. They are telling different dates. More than that refund amount i spend for calling them. Still i didn’t get my money back. Irresponsible firm. Even no replys for the mails also.
