I ordered last February 20 and up until now it's still on processing, they are also not responding!!!!!!!!!

I have been done an ordered, i disnt recive my order, they dont anser the calls.I am really blind and they took the money already.

The store Thwifty charged me without giving me my items and did not provide any help when I called them multiple times. I’m very frustrated and feel like I've been robbed.
