Cheating, fraud attempt
We had booked paradise on sea floating restaurant, On [07/06/2025 at 7:00pm cruise timing], I, along with several other patrons, experienced what I believe to be a fraudulent attempt on the part of this establishment. [We had paid them 523 AED and we didnt get any service they mentioned while booking and they even there was no any space to sit inside while traveling while crusing nor any food ) I understand the importance of reporting such incidents to maintain the integrity of ensure the safety of consumers. I believe this matter warrants investigation, as it poses a risk not only to individuals but also to the community. I have included any relevant documents and evidence that may assist in your inquiry. These documents include [list any attached documents, such as receipts, photos, or witness statements]. Hi I bought bag after seeing Instagram post. Because the quality is very poor When I asked for exchange of product he said okay but he asked for extra money I agreed to pay for it for delivery . We agreed to pay money . We selected another bag it has been more than two weeks . They are not exchanging . They postponing the order saying different reason each time. When I said I will complain in consumer service. He asked me to do it.
Early departure
I am writing to express my concern regarding the early departure of Flight Flight Number- IX-436 scheduled from Dubai international airport to Kochi international airport [05/06/2025]. According to the itinerary provided at the time of booking, the departure time was 5pm. However, I arrived at the airport well ahead of schedule and was informed that the flight had already departed earlier than the scheduled time. This caused me to miss the flight despite being on time based on the provided details. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I kindly request your assistance in the following: An explanation for the early takeoff. Compensation or rebooking options, if applicable. Not delivering items and refusing to reimburse customers
Dear Team, We regularly order on Deliveroo and many times is happened that some items are not delivered, while they refuse to reimburse them.. I have contacted the customer service on the live chat, however they just keep copy pasting the same generic messages, even without reading nor responding to my questions/messages. It has been 30 minutes now that they keep copy pasting the same 3 messages. This is not the first time that I have this issue with Deliveroo and I believe it’s worth highlighting it. Deposit not return
April 17 2025 i call one company Right direction rent a car llc. I take the car and i pay 1750 aed and 1000aed for deposit 750for car rent i already off hire the car on april 29 2015 just for 2weeks. They told me i will get me deposit within a month ok i agree to them after almost 1month finsh i call them and message them thrue whats up they siad they will give back my deposit.. but untill now i dint get my deposit even reply for my message they ignore now not answering my call ... I check also the google reviews there a lot of compalin about deposit not being return...
No phone fixing even within the warranty period.
On May 5th, 2025, my iPhone screen cracked, so I took it to the Apple Store for repair. I was informed that the repair would take approximately one week. They also advised against installing a non-original screen, as it would not be compatible with the phone and features such as Face ID would not function properly. Due to the delay, I visited MINUTES at the Mall of the Emirates in search of a quicker solution. I specifically requested an original screen replacement. I was offered two options: a non-original screen for AED 300 and an original one for AED 700. I insisted on the original screen. They confirmed the installation of the original screen, applied a screen protector, and provided a one-year warranty. However, upon returning home, the screen displayed only green and blue colors and became unresponsive. I was unable to enter a passcode or activate Face ID. I returned to the store the following day under the terms of the warranty. Despite the issue clearly being covered, I was asked to pay an additional AED 700 to fix it—contradicting the warranty agreement. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the necessary repairs are carried out without any additional charges, in line with the warranty provided. Wrong Billing
My normal bill with DU postpaid should be 575.4 dirhams every month which is for the iphone unit at 428 plus postpaid mobile plan for 120 aed. Total of 548 plus VAT which is a total of 575.4 monthly. What is happening is I am getting charge again for another 428 dirhams and that is why my bill total is 1003.4 dirhams. I have been facing this issue from December of 2024 and reporting this concern every end of the month to DU but no definite resolution up to now. I am only getting the same reply of we will forward the issue to the concern department or we will address the issue and resolve this issue. This is really frustrating since I need to report this issue every month and then provide again all the details of the issue with all the relevant information of my account and concern. I am hoping someone can help me on this concern.
Credit card complaint
The sales agent from FAB called me to get a credit card and he said that I will get an iPhone or reward points to cash out that is worth 5,000 AED. He said I can choose between the two options and I said that i want the cash. Now the bank is telling me that I can get only the phone so this was a false promise and I submit a complaint the said it will tale 3 days and it has been 2 weeks with no resolution. I have a screen shot from whatsapp conversation with the agent saying that I can choose either points or the phone
Cargo Sent in November 2024 still not delivered
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against a Aston cargo company that collected my goods in November 2024 for international shipment but has failed to deliver them to date. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no update, no delivery, and no response from their side. The company is completely unresponsive to all forms of communication, including phone calls and WhatsApp messages. This behavior not only reflects poor customer service but also raises serious concerns about fraud and breach of trust. I suspect that this might be a case of intentional fraud, and therefore, I request that the name of the cargo company's manager be immediately added to the UAE Exit Control List (ECL) to prevent him from leaving the country until this matter is resolved and accountability is ensured. The company is completely unresponsive to all forms of communication, including phone calls and WhatsApp messages. This behavior not only reflects poor customer service but also raises serious concerns about fraud and breach of trust. Real estate canceled the deal and not returning my advance payment
I booked a plot in manama ajman from kings real estate, they asked me to pay an advance of 2000 dh for booking which is refundable amount, after few days they told me that this plot is not available and i can take back my money, but now they are refusing to give me back my money, i have visited their office messaged them many time but they are not answering Kindly check with them
Cheating on agreed tent for the car
This agreement was made before the rental period began, and I had clearly informed the company in advance that I required the vehicle for a full 14-day duration. However, after the rental began and a few days had passed, the company unilaterally changed the pricing, citing Eid holidays as the reason. They are now demanding a higher rate for the remaining days, which was not part of the original agreement.

They not refunding my money
20 may 2025 i got mail regarding the job interview. Interview date was 21st May 2025. They said if you want job you need to pay 550 aed and they said we will give job interview under 8 days. After 8 days if you didnt got job your money will be refundable.24 may they send me job location but when i contact to senior staff in job location they said there is no vacancy and we didn't post any vacancy may be they are scammers. 26 may go in consultant office i told him give me my money back i dont want to continue because its fake. They refuse they said directly we will not give you do whatever you want to do.I have 550 aed receipt also.
Order not delivered
Ordered some peptides that did not arrive. Sent many emails that were unanswered finally received a response informing me the order would be delayed by 1 month. Requested a refund and told the refund would take 15 working days which I believe is unacceptable given the ease of modern day e commerce. However the refund was still not received and after another few emails I was asked to provide my bank details because there was a problem with their payments system. In the end I have raised a refund request directly with my card issuer as I am not comfortable giving this company my bank account details. In summary I would not recommend this company in any circumstance, they do not appear legitimate.

Hello,with regards of my yesterday complaint ,payment was done 29 April,delivery 7 to 10 days,then they changed to 12 then I haven’t heard from them ,they never answered my calls ,neither my messages,because I couldn’t stay without shoe cabinet for so long,especially they never answered,they never updated me,now they say will be delivered tomorrow.There is no negotiation here,I post this complaint only for refund,I the amount the stress they caused by playing me as a fool ,I can’t tolerate that .Plz as you approved yesterday refund,call them and tell them to proceed refund

قمت بشراء مسك غزال من الموقع الإلكتروني واستلمته بتاريخ انتاج اغسطس ٢٠٢٢ وانتهاء ب اغسطس ٢٠٢٥ اردت ارجاع المنتج لقرب أنتهاء صلاحيته ولكن الموقع لا يعمل في حاله ارجاع الطلب لا يمكن ادخال بيانات الطلب باي شكل حاولت الاتصال بخدمه العملاء لمده يومين لا احد يرد ، حاولت ان اقوم بارجاع الطلب عن طريق المتاجر نفسها قيل لي يجب ان اعيده اونلاين فقط
Undelivered Cargo
I am writing to formally file a complaint against a cargo company named Qasr Muwailah Cargo & Packing Services, based in Sharjah, UAE. I sent a shipment to Karachi, Pakistan on 14th February 2025 through this company. I was informed that the delivery time would be approximately 35 days. However, it has now been over 3 months, and the cargo has still not been delivered. I have made several attempts to contact the company at their registered number +971 54 469 3046, but they have stopped responding to my calls and messages. The cargo included clothes, electronics, and other general household items.
Order always delay
I order item they show i receive in 15 days after 15 days they cansel some of them and say you will receive in 7 days and after finally they said i will receive after 40 days , its not good service at all 5 chocolate i have to wait around 60 days where is warranty what they will sai after maybe again will be,delay i not tryst this website anymore and,not recommended this any one

Hello there I have had a dispute with etisalat and its been a year not resolving the issue Now they have asked me to pay 4000 Aed within 5 days and sent a legal notice I have complained in TDRA already, however etisalat called me regarding that saying that i have to pay the amount so there is real solution to it Can someone please help me I wanna know why they don’t have time to listen to my issue with the wifi router earlier and now without any breakdown of the charges they are asking me to pay
Refund
Dear team, I would like to raise a complain against Restart Fitness Gymnasium at Oud Metha. I paid 2500 for my services of personal training and yoga sessions. After 4 sessions of my Personal training they suddenly discontinued the services on 1st April and did not update on my trainings and yoga sessions. Upon asking for my refund, Mr Fazil the Gym owner confirmed and committed to pay the refund of 1935 AED. When I started following up, there was no response, when personally went to meet the Manager to ask about my refund, Mr Nazir was misbehaving and yelling that he cannot help on this matter, also they mentioned that they won’t refund. Till today there were no services provided also no response along with no refund. I would need your urgent assistance to this matter as it’s been 48 days my money seems to be stuck. Take my car and not fixing from 4 months
With due respect sir. Assalam o alaikum. My car was in the parking out side my business someone hits it and because he is wrong so the police guy give him fine and tell me to go to insurance company they wil fix it. When next day i went there, one of the person apply the case and asked me to go to your garage and give quotation how much it cost for repair if i fix by my self and they give me money. I used to service my car from the ford company because this car is mustang sports car made by ford and they also have my records. I pay 2000 for inspection and 150 for the mail of quotation. When i sent them they told me we can give you 1500 so it means i need to pay more extra 650 and also fix my car by my self. So i tell them to repair it where they can. Then 10 days they sent me one garage in al ain sanaiya to inspect it again but most of the time garage guy are not there and even they dont have the pull over jeck for sports car then they sent my car to emirates transportation conpany to fix. I give them maybe more then 3 month they not even fix plus also hit my car from back side during driving.. i dont know why they driving or where. And now they paint my car another colour and said to me the colour is not available in the market so we cannot do anything.. since this the company is paying me 6000 but the car they destroyed it now the colour is changed from the right side of back and now even they are not fixing and only giving me 6000 but now it will gonna be paint all and again stickers required so please sir help me in this case the are not even bother or give any rental car.. im going to my work in taxes from 4 months no one is helping me in this case even in sanadak also i put complain but they even dont ask or tell me and closed the case
Membership Cancellation
I got a membership 6 months packages monthly payments, when i got the package the seller to convince me told me I can cancel the membership before 6 months if i want. Now i can't afford anymore the payments because im struggling financially,i took my right to cancel the membership but they denied, only they accept cancel with a flight ticket to my country
No refund since 4 months
I ordered 2 cakes through thwifty.com and i cancelled that order next day after seeing the reviews of the site. Since 4 months asking for my refund. They are telling different dates. More than that refund amount i spend for calling them. Still i didn’t get my money back. Irresponsible firm. Even no replys for the mails also.

I bought Hershsys cocoa powder.no whete in description it was eritten that it was expiring soon.they said they cant return as its non returnable . They should mention while selling that uts near expiry product helping buyer make a decesion during online purchase
