I didn't use my FAB account since last 4 months. The balance keep getting negative to almost 800 AED. Now i want to close my account and I cleared all the negative balance. Still I can't close my account. I called the customer service and they said you have to pay more 201 AED to close the account. While my bank application is showing 0 negative balance. Still they are asking to pay more money which is completely unfair

Dear I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my cargo delivery and the extremely poor communication from both your office and delivery personnel. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received some cartons, with a promise that the items would be collected the next morning by 10:00 AM. However, no one showed up until 11:30 AM, and when I called the person who delivered the cartons, he assured me he would return the call shortly — yet I received no response even after waiting 30 minutes. Now, he is not even answering the phone. All our goods are left outside in an unsecured manner, and no one from your team has taken the initiative to resolve this issue or even call back. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Hi, I want to file a complaint against gymnation Dubai silicon oasis branch. They didn’t tell me that they are registering my name as in new branch registration. I kept paying them every month, even if I was not using gym but now when I paid already 230 dirhams for the cancellation of my membership now they’re asking me to pay them 700 dirhams extra for cancellation of another membership when I rejoined them in this branch, they told me that they are registering my name in the previous branch and it will be continuing under same membership. Now they’re asking me to pay another timeeven after cancellation of my member. They are giving me mental torture and pressure. They charged me extra AED 460 even after cancellation without my consent.

Pending refund of AED 206 since 17 May 2025

I bought two tickets from the Magic Planet website, and both amounts were deducted from my bank account. However, no credit was reflected on my Magic Planet cards. I called their customer service, and they informed me that I need to visit one of their branches to add credit for one of the purchases, and that the other amount would be refunded. Since May 17, I have been waiting for the refund, but they keep giving me false promises. The amount in question is AED 206. Magic Planet case reference: [Ticket: 8809889] All supporting proof has been sent to them, including via WhatsApp to the store in charge.

Refund for undelivered items

On June 22nd I made a supermarket order through the Careem app paying for it in advance. There were 3 items missing which I reported immediately. I received an automated message saying that no refund was available which I then proceeded to report immediately. I have since received 2 copy and paste responses saying they’re working on ensuring it doesn’t happen again and thanking me for my understanding yet have not refunded my money. I’ve requested to speak to a manager and have sent 3 further messages to that effect to which I’ve had no response.

Customer service refuse to cancel my flight ticket

I requested trip.com to cancel my flight ticket under booking number 1651507079951131 as I am very sick with an ankle cast for 6 weeks and will not be able to travel. As per their policy cancellation is free with full refund if there is a medical condition. I requested for cancellation and refund along with submitting my medical report. Trip.com has been refusing to give me updates on the cancellation and refund status. While on the app it’s mentioned that the request was to be completed on 24 June (3 days ago). I am frustrated at the current situation and have been trying to get any updates from the company and they refuse to give solid information. I have got installed a water filter system for my villa. Within three days the filter system had a leak which caused me a loss of lots of water and water bill. After two months of usage, again there is leak. But the team is not responding now. A lot of water is getting lost. So I closed the valve, bug once the water finish in tank, I will not have any water supply.

Not giving the refunded money it takes 15 days already

I made a transaction for e&money 9th of june around 11pm on the app. I am sending my money to the bank account in the philippines there deducting my money on my hsbc account but there is no history saying successful. I call them the next day about it they said they already raised a case and wait for 5 working days and the money will be refunded directly on my account, so I wait for 5 days and then 1 message I received that the case has been solved. So i called them that I received a message but when I checked the statement of my bank there is no refunded money. I called them again they said they will do their best to checked it. But until now there just saying "sorry for everything we will make sure to resolved this problem. This is taking so long though this money is not big but it really a big help especially for us. And one agent in E&money name "suraj" telling me that if he can do it to send money coming from him he will send right away and its not good. I need some help to report this issue. Its not good that they are just giving promises to the person whom who trust them to wait but not giving solutions to the problem.

I am looking for a job. I got one interview from afaq alamal employment service company they offer a job and they said to me for government charges they take from me 200dhs. Lots of peope going there giving money also after giving money no response from them. I lost 200 dirhams.. Daily morethan 2000 dirhams they earning like this... 1 week no response then I again going to company directly they start to take again interview asking money then they take to me management room then they said today you will get mail otherwise refund your money.. Evening they send one mail with one company name and 1 number I contact with that number... That person said to me here no vacancy and also i don't know about afaq alama company. Now I ask them give my refund they said they cannot give refund thru will give new company. And also they take money for government charges they said to me. Charging money against the process, Harassment and False Commitments

I gave my Car (Dubai H 67343) to 800CarGuru for repair and it has to go for RTA passing. The responsible per, Nasir said that I need to pay first to start the process, that’s a fake statement and he promised that it will be done within 2 days. I submitted my car on Monday so Tuesday evening I was supposed to get my car but today is Friday and still I have not received my car. The person do no reply to my message and calls. Their customer service is also not responding. I tried talking to management and raised a complaint on their app but I did not receive any response. For my job, everyday I need to go many places and due to their irresponsible behavior I am loosing a lot of money on taxis and feeling disturbed mentally. I am requesting for action against the company and people who are cheating customer.

I contracted for window tinting services. I rewuested a privacy tint, clear on the reverse and a mirror finish to the front. The company installed a mirror tint with a dark reverse and when I raised the isdue they assured me it would lighten to the required finish once dry. However yhat is not the case. The film remains dark and allows so little natural light into my living area that my plants have begun to die after just thrre days due to lack of light.

To Consumer grievance Dept Dubai, UAE Dear Sir/ Madam I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Dima laundry, operating at Karama, for not only engaging in misleading business practices but also demonstrating a complete lack of integrity and accountability toward their customers. I recently discovered that the garments I had submitted for dry cleaning were in fact only washed as evidenced by the strong scent of fabric softener Downy and the overall feel and finish of the clothing. This clearly proves that the promised and charged service of dry cleaning was not rendered. Charging full dry cleaning rates for a basic wash is not just unethical but deceptive and exploitative. Upon confronting the staff with this issue, they initially acknowledged the concern and requested I return the first batch of laundry so they could "properly dry clean it". However, instead of insisting on redoing the process, I chose to be reasonable I paid the full billed amount, trusting their assurance that such negligence would not be repeated. In good faith, I then handed over a second lot of laundry with the clear understanding that this time, proper dry-cleaning service would be provided. To my shock and dismay, within an hour, my second batch of laundry was returned to me without being processed with the explanation that the manager had instructed the staff to return it. This abrupt and unprofessional behavior, especially after I had paid in full previously despite being misled, amounts to not just poor service but outright fraud. This is not a simple service error it's a systematic act of misrepresentation, followed by a refusal to honor service commitments even after receiving full payment and customer cooperation. I urge the Consumer Grievance Authority to take immediate action against this business for their deceptive, dishonest, and fraudulent practices. Consumers cannot be treated with such disregard, and businesses like this must be held accountable. I am prepared to provide all supporting documents, bills, communication, and details upon request. I am writing with disappointment regarding my recent experience with FAB Bank. In December 2024, I opened a Tier 2 account through FAB representative, Mr. Srujan, and was informed that, as part of their ongoing promotion, I would receive an iPhone 16 (128 GB). Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, I am yet to receive the promised item—and it has now been 6 months. Now on contacting the customer care team they have closed my complaint without my consent stating the promotion policy has been revised and I am no more eligible as per the new policy in 2025. This is very frustrating when the representative assured me every month stating I would receive the reward by end of the month and now the representative has resigned from FAB and FAB is not fulfilling the T&C guaranteed my their staff.

Salam! I have rented a car from HMA superior rent a car LLC and the rate they charged me was 60 dirhams per day for four days (240+1000 dirhams security), upon expiry I asked for 10 more days of rental lease and they charged me 110 dirhams per day so I paid 1122 dirhams for next 10 days. Now when I asked for another 10 days renewal, they have asked for 180 dirhams per day (1800 dirhams). The car has check engine sign on, axle faulty and tyres are almost flat, which I did complain to them about on call but they said it's nothing and continue using it. The back glass is completely wrapped in some paper that makes it impossible to see through it, I nearly had two accidents because of this and drove around with a lot of difficuly.
