Fraud and wasting my time
Dear sir ma'am we are sending cargo or parcel this global connect logistics cargo on May,01,2025 we are hoping that my parcel is there already in nepal because they said there is custom clearance we understand they said maximum 1month only now already 3months we call and follow up yesterday about tracking number this company refuse to gave no my husband already in nepal and hed checking my cargo in nepal customs but my parcel is not there they are lying to me and my husband and this company is asking additional charges which is we gave money per kg already that may 1 whey take my parcel my baby infant is waiting for that formula milk because she don't want drink another milk we are hoping that my parcel already in nepal but lying us only he did not send my parcel and asking additional charges after 3month we are already stress because of this they need to gave valid reason and compensation to me for causing stress and Hussle wasting my time and they are lying only
No service delivered, poor customer service
I booked on JustLife for a professional to come to my apartment to install curtains at 3pm . I tried to call the professional, his number was switched off. I then called customer service and spoke to Haifa, who was. Or helpful at all, argumentative , kept cutting my calls, deliberately not picking my calls and I know this because I called her from a different number , she picked up and then cut the call again . I already paid for this service. I call them repeatedly , at 2:55pm she informs me nobody is available for my booking. I tell her it’s urgently and it needs to be done before 4:30pm in the building as maintenance is not allowed in the building after 5pm. I get no updates ! I call back maybe 10 times , still nothing . She’s not answering , then she picks up, I ask for onsite supervisor number she could not provide , I asked for managers number , she’s saying “ he is on break” “I cannot provide “ . This is such a pathetic service . She continues to argue , well into after 5pm. Still no professional sent to my apartment, still no updates , still no professionalism . I email them, the email tells me do it on the app. The app doesn’t allow us to do this , I call customer service , they don’t help. Haifa is absolutely pathetic at her job and should not be working there . The stress this has caused me and I have had to take off work to be around for the booking. Only for the booking to not show and to receive no help at all is just disappointing. Haifa is the lady I spoke to for customer service , Osman is apparently the onsite supervisor . I have called them for my refund and am now waiting for it .
Missing items
I placed an order through Careem on 29/7/25 at 11 pm from Careem quick . When I received the order, one of the items was missing. I contacted Careem customer service, but no action was taken, and no one is taking responsibility. I followed up several times, but still did not receive a resolution or refund. This is unacceptable and caused inconvenience. Order Number: 123822520 I kindly request your support in resolving this matter and holding the company accountable.
Work permit
Good afternoon my name is Santosh paudel I applied for work parmeet for sarvia from Al Tawkel Visa Expert I applied from February frist week as per them 90 to 120 days but today almost 6 months they are not response I already paid 7000 drm now I call every time they said wait this week next week I already told them I can file the case they said we have also ligal team you can’t do anything they said please help me to refund the money please
Wasting time and stole money
I booked a car one day prior and they asked me to pay for it and put in a deposit for it, they had all my data and still allowed me to book and pay. The moment I payed they asked me for my EID and I told them it’s under renewal and share the documents with proof of renewal, now they want me to cancel the booking but still charge me 10% cancelation fee.
Complaint Against SpiceJet Airlines Regarding Deficiency of Service

Details of the Incident: • Airline Name: SpiceJet • Flight Number: SG054 • Date of Travel: 26 th July 2025 • Departure Location: Dubai International Airport, Terminal 1 • Scheduled Departure Time: 02:40 AM • Nature of Complaint: I had paid an additional fee for priority service, which should have entitled me to expedited boarding or check-in. However, I was made to wait in the normal queue, defeating the purpose of the paid service. • Despite my protest and efforts to resolve the issue at the airport, the airline staff ignored my complaint and provided no explanation or remedy. This has caused me significant inconvenience, distress, and financial loss due to paying for a service that was not delivered. Relief Sought: I request the Hon’ble Forum to direct SpiceJet Airlines to: 1. Refund the amount paid Ticket Rate and the priority service; 2. Compensate me for the inconvenience, mental agony, and wasted time; 3. Issue a formal apology for the lack of customer support; and 4. Instruct the airline to take corrective measures to ensure such issues do not recur. I have attached relevant documents such as the flight ticket, proof of payment for priority service, and any email correspondence (if any). Late delivery and demand payment before delivery
On May 13th, more than 2 months ago, I purchased a media center, a bookshelf cabinet and a wall panel from DH furniture. I paid 3400 dhs as a 50% forward payment. Delivery was planned for May 28th, but due a delay, my next available date was June 20th. By June 24th I had no answer from the Company, until I threaten to file a complaint against them. Finally, they show up on June 27th, but they demand full payment before unload the truck and install the furniture. Given the bad quality of the service I told them that I would pay the rest after installation. They did not accept this and left. Tired of the situation, I told them that I would pay, and arrange a delivery for July 23. Today is July 25 and they still don't deliver, and they don't answer my questions. I request the refund of the 3400 dhs that I paid in advance.
Fraud case
Dear Dubai Consumer Department, Good afternoon. I am writing to urgently follow up on the fraud complaint I previously raised against Mr. Dan Bahadur and Mr. Sameer, registered under Complaint No: 225004103618. In January 2025, I paid a total amount of 10,022 AED (including medical charges) to them for visa processing services. Their contact details are: Mr. Dan Bahadur: +971 56 741 3482 / +971 52 621 7650 Mr. Sameer: +971 56 818 7333 / +971 54 778 5818 Despite undergoing two medical tests (on 20 February 2025 and 25 May 2025), my visa has still not been processed or stamped. Moreover, I have now been penalized with a fine of 4,750 AED, which I am unable to pay due to being unemployed for the past 7 months. Additionally, I was persuaded to share my UAE Pass OTP with them, based on their promise to settle the fine. Unfortunately, no action has been taken, and I am now in severe financial distress. I am also unwell, but I lack the funds to seek necessary medical treatment. I kindly request your esteemed department to treat this matter with urgency and take strict action against the individuals involved. Unresponsive support, money stuck in deposit and not returned back, essentially completley ignoring all messages on WhatsApp, all of their social medias comments are filled with complaints saying the same thing, no new posts, company is fully ghost with thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dirhams stuck with no one answering.

Fraud disputed
On sunday 06 july 2025 i got fraud from my card was deducted 662 dirhams. When i was logging in in my CBD mobile App it ask for my card number and security code. When i try the amount was deducted from my card. Then i raise complain to CBD customer care. Today monday 21st 2025 CBD customer service replied me that i have shared the OTP and they cannot refund the amount. But i am sure i didnt get the OTP and also i didnt share any OTP. Cheating
I bought one second hand washing machine from this number 0567598933 for 200 dirhams I cost 200 dirhams for the taxi at that time he said that the item is good proper condition and he show me the working after that I bought and work from my home. The water outlet is not proper working and I asked with him that the washing machine is combed but he's refusing to give money back

Faulty Washing Machine – Refund Refused by Seller
I bought a washing machine from this seller for AED 450. He said the machines are serviced with no faults and gave 1-month warranty. The first machine had issues, and he refused repair or pickup, so I paid transport to return it. He gave me another machine yesterday, and I paid transport again. This new machine also doesn’t work — the panel is dead and cannot wash clothes. I asked for a refund since both machines were faulty, but he refused and said, “Do whatever you want.” I request a full refund.
Fraudulent job offer and placing in laboure category

I was recruited from India for a draftsman position, with the job offer specifying responsibilities involving AutoCAD. The company provided a 30-day visit visa, with a clear commitment in the offer letter to process an employment visa within 15 days. However, upon arrival, I was assigned the role of a storekeeper in Bida Zayed, which was unrelated to the promised position. Additionally, the employment visa was not processed until the 27th day, leaving insufficient time to complete the transition before my return. Furthermore, the company failed to pay my salary for the work performed, indicating fraudulent practices. Despite assurances of career growth and professional development, these promises were not fulfilled. I strongly advise candidates to exercise caution and thoroughly verify the terms of employment before joining Mada International Electromechanical, as my experience suggests a significant discrepancy between their commitments and actual practices. Never received my refund
I placed on order in may and the very time I was checking on their website, I was getting the same update: my order was placed right on the day I was checking and that it will arrive in 2 weeks. Every few days, same story. I called them and the lady had no clue about my order and that they will get back to me by email. The email was saying that they will place the order just then, and that I will get my product by the end of June. So I’ve decided to cancel my order and ask for refund. And I’m waiting for it since 3 months. All I’m getting is the same lame excuses mail with “we are actively working on it”. I believe they are fake and stealing people’s money.

As per inward advice USD 36,910/- was received from insurance company, - AED 134,834.75 is credited to my account on 19th April. - Conversion rate applied by FAB is 3.65 (USD TO AED). The actual USD conversion rate as per UAE central bank site is 3.6725 (this rate is fixed) - Short credit of AED 717/- to my account. Kindly explain this shortage.

Warranty
I changed my prescription lens last October 2024. June 25, 2025 the frame was broken. June 28, 2025 I went to Ibn Battuta branch to change it but it’s not available. June 29th I went to Al Reem mall AUH and it’s not available too but they checked in Dalma mall branch and has only one piece but have to pay 400 for the frame because it’s out of warranty and to be able to used the existing lens. I drove right away to Dalma Mall to received the replacement frame. I asked Mr. Marcha the sales rep. that I have decided now to change my prescription lens too which still under warranty but with a different frame. The reason why I want to changed it because if in case my existing frame was broken again I will never be able to use my lens again because this frame is discontinued. So to save money and use my lens warranty as well. But Mr. Marcha said they will changed it only for manufacturer’s defect. Could you please help me regarding this matter because I believe its my right to have it.
Not giving my money back
From this company I apply for Lithuania work permit visa at February 2024, within one year they can not provide me any documents or work permit. As per our agreement if they are unable to provide work permit within one year. They will refund my full money. After one year finish I was applying for refund. It's already more then three months now they stop response my email, After call their company their behavior was too rude. And not give me any satisfied answer. Please help me to get my money back. I will pay more then 10,500AED.
Refrigerator repair
Repairman visited and stated that there was a problem with either compressor or the thermostat, stating that he had to bring it back to their shop to determine the problem. Once back at the shop, they called indicating that the problem was the compresssor. REturned the fridge to us and the thermostat only was replaced, they did not touch the compressor but billed us for a compressor repair. Instead, they replaced our thermostat only with a thermostat that was not compatible with original model which does not correspond with the thermostat settings inside of the fridge. They billed us however for compressor repair and gas refill
Undelivered parcel the courier wasn’t communicate properly
I ordered an item from vreal fashion and was out for delivery on time which is after a day i ordered this courier services reached me out the next day that my item is out of delivery i was expecting it that day because i sent my location pin via Whatsapp but still no parcel received that same day. The next day i received another message saying it is out of delivery likewise i sent my pin location so i was expecting again my parcel and around 9pm i received a call from the rider saying he cant deliver that day because of some broken tire issue so i said its fine he can deliver the next day. So another day has pass still no parcel received someone called me again from the services saying they having trouble on their delivery schedules which again i understand and they told me they will assure the next day they will deliver my item and this will be their priority and until now no one from the received me out and still i havent received my item this is very unacceptable i understand that there are delays but atleast they reached me out.
