Take my car and not fixing from 4 months
With due respect sir. Assalam o alaikum. My car was in the parking out side my business someone hits it and because he is wrong so the police guy give him fine and tell me to go to insurance company they wil fix it. When next day i went there, one of the person apply the case and asked me to go to your garage and give quotation how much it cost for repair if i fix by my self and they give me money. I used to service my car from the ford company because this car is mustang sports car made by ford and they also have my records. I pay 2000 for inspection and 150 for the mail of quotation. When i sent them they told me we can give you 1500 so it means i need to pay more extra 650 and also fix my car by my self. So i tell them to repair it where they can. Then 10 days they sent me one garage in al ain sanaiya to inspect it again but most of the time garage guy are not there and even they dont have the pull over jeck for sports car then they sent my car to emirates transportation conpany to fix. I give them maybe more then 3 month they not even fix plus also hit my car from back side during driving.. i dont know why they driving or where. And now they paint my car another colour and said to me the colour is not available in the market so we cannot do anything.. since this the company is paying me 6000 but the car they destroyed it now the colour is changed from the right side of back and now even they are not fixing and only giving me 6000 but now it will gonna be paint all and again stickers required so please sir help me in this case the are not even bother or give any rental car.. im going to my work in taxes from 4 months no one is helping me in this case even in sanadak also i put complain but they even dont ask or tell me and closed the case
Membership Cancellation
I got a membership 6 months packages monthly payments, when i got the package the seller to convince me told me I can cancel the membership before 6 months if i want. Now i can't afford anymore the payments because im struggling financially,i took my right to cancel the membership but they denied, only they accept cancel with a flight ticket to my country
No refund since 4 months
I ordered 2 cakes through thwifty.com and i cancelled that order next day after seeing the reviews of the site. Since 4 months asking for my refund. They are telling different dates. More than that refund amount i spend for calling them. Still i didn’t get my money back. Irresponsible firm. Even no replys for the mails also.
Selling short expiry priduct without wrting details
I bought Hershsys cocoa powder.no whete in description it was eritten that it was expiring soon.they said they cant return as its non returnable . They should mention while selling that uts near expiry product helping buyer make a decesion during online purchase
Mac book defect battery
I bought my MacBook Air M2 (Model A2681) 1.5 years ago. The battery recently swelled during normal daily use (mainly streaming at home). I contacted Apple Support immediately when the issue occurred, but they said it’s not under warranty and refused to help. For safety, I replaced the battery myself but kept the original swollen one. I believe this is a battery defect and a serious safety concern, and I’m requesting support or compensation.
Graduity
I had been working at jtw technical service llc since 2021 october 23 to 2025 april 28.i already resign right now.and my boss told me i will pay your graduity end of month but he did not allow me stay at accomodation he removed me from room april 28.now i always enquiry about may graduity he didn,t respont my call,message.even thogh he didn,t provide me 2 years vacancy basic salary too.
Didn't solve my problems doing fraud with me
Hi I reached many time to the deem finance customer to resolves my problem but they hold me and said we'll send to email and put every month's extra charges without credit card using if i can't payment they'll put fine and more extras charges i already paid alot event they didn't closed my card i request for that also please i need help otherwise they'll put more and more changes doing fraud with the customers. Fraud for accepting warrantee
To the Xiaomi Customer Support and Legal Team, I am writing to formally express my serious concerns regarding the recent handling of my REDMI NOTE 13 (IMEI No: 869398077827549) service request. This is not about the repair cost — I am more than willing to pay to have the device fixed. However, I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled, and I feel it reflects a troubling practice of dismissing customer concerns and avoiding warranty responsibilities. When I submitted my phone for repair, it was in excellent condition. The device was well protected with a tempered glass screen guard and a cover. The screen stopped working while charging, with no incident of water damage or accidental drop. At the time of handover, there was only a minor scratch on the body and tempered glass, which clearly has no connection to the display issue. To now be told that the warranty is void due to internal damage — allegedly caused by a drop or liquid — is both unacceptable and unsubstantiated. It gives the impression that internal damage is being claimed without proper proof and that the service team is trying to shift responsibility by creating justifications post-submission. I urge Xiaomi and the legal team to look into this matter seriously. This feels like an attempt to deny rightful warranty coverage, and it reflects poorly on your commitment to customer service and integrity. I request that the device be re-evaluated fairly, and that this case be handled with the seriousness it deserves. I look forward to your prompt and responsible action on this matter. This man pretended to be a harbor real estate agent and took my cash as an advance payment for a 1BHK apartment. It has been three months, and he is no longer responding to my calls or messages. Order Cancelled by them and not refunding
Placed an order for an interactive TV on 28Feb25 and the payment was taken, they cancelled the order on the same day, saying the item was no longer available, and the refund will be done 7-10 days. Since then I have been following up through their chat, their phones dont work. Every time they say 24-48 hours to come back and never come back. Now recently upon chatting they lied that they had already informed me earlier about some payment gateway failure and they need my account details, which I provided two times, and tthey said it will be refunded in 3 days, now it has been 2 weeks and they are still saying it will take another 10-15 days
WRONG BILL RECEIVED

HE IS REFUSING TO COME AND TO GET THE OLD BILL AND GIVE US A NEW BILL. HE IS NOT REPLYING TO US ANYMORE. PHONE MOTHERBOARD WAS REPLACED WITHOUT PERMISSION
Given my iphone 11 pro SERIAL NUMBER (DNPZT9X2N6Y5) for display changing. After repairing when i try to open my device its showing i phone is locked by owner and showing different person apple id. I check with apple support team as per them the serial number of i phone which i got from the shop after repairing is different as the one i given. SIM tray number is matching with my original one but they change motherbord so serial number is different. I have the original purchase invoice also there also serial number is different.

Spryness immigration is a agency recruiting people to Europe country for jobs. In 27 /10 /22 they have taken a amount of 5250 dirham from my hand and told me within three months they will send confirmation about my job and visa to Europe but after that there is no information about the process or job. Charges deducted from my account without fulfilling order
I had ordered the Careem box service for a package delivery to Sharjah. The order was accepted and 70 aed was taken from my account. I was given the details of the rider and the tracker on the Careem app. 5 mins after I get a call from Careem informing me that they do not deliver to Sharjah and the order had been cancelled and I will be charged 13.6 aed for cancellation and my money would be returned in 7 working days. I was shocked because firstly they accepted the order even though the address clearly stated Sharjah. Secondly while I was on the other phone the rider reached my apartment to pick up the package and both of us had not been informed of the cancellation. Thirdly the sales rep is informing me of cancellation charges when I didn’t even cancel the order. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me a lot of mental distress at 12:15 in the night. The package had to be urgently delivered because my friend had a 5:00 flight. Serious action needs to be taken so that such incidences are not repeated in the future. In a city like dubai where consumer laws are extremely strict it was shocking to experience such distress from a company like Careem
Refund for the food not delivered
They dont want to refund my money even though the food is cancelled and not delivered. They refuse to refund as per them the restaurant already accept and prepare the food, when I check with the restaurant they deny that they accept the order, they dont even receive it in the system, i ordered at 8:46pm and cancelled at 8:46pm also, seconds only when i placed the order. Careem is fraud! Cheaters!
A complete rip off!
I sent Duvet and Pillow along with the covers to get cleaned, they said they will deliver next day, they delivered after 2 days! Every time I followed up they gave me a certain time and never showed up!!!! After finally I received the items, they smell like smoke and cigarettes and are dirty!!!! These people should no longer be working!
Harassing and blackmailing
Am going through hard financial problem i agree and i have pending dues with bank One of the agent calling me and office with in-proper way with harassment & talking against my family . Harassing me and talking against my family they don't have rights . I told them please proceed legally.
Harassment
I rented a car in this company for 5 months. One month before handing over the car i had a minor accident where one car hit me. At that moment i was shocked from the accident because it was my first time that someone hits me and i didn’t took the plate number of the other car because i didn’t knew about it. I told the company about this accident and the first thing they told me is “you have to pay” not even mentioning the insurance , then i asked them “what about the insurance?” She said ohh sorry for misunderstanding there is full insurance but you need to get the report from the police, i asked her “ Do i need to pay anything else if i get the report?” And she said no the insurance will cover.I went to the police , i explained them everything and they told me this is a unknown accident since you don’t have the plate number and you have to pay 420 AED for the report . I send them the report and i asked them again “Is there anything else to pay?” She said no. After that after 2 days she is sending me a message “ unfortunately you have to pay 263AED because the garage told us that there is a fee.” I was so furious because they said no when i asked them but anyway i didn’t want any problems so i agreed to pay that as well and she said she will split it in half for me to pay it in 2 months. After few days she sends me a message telling me that the fee is 1000 now and they didn’t know that before so i have to pay 1000. Because of them i paid for the report , i paid half of that fee in beginning and now they are threatening me that they will go to the police if i don’t pay and they are not giving me the deposit that i paid in beginning. And i don’t understand where is my fault. They didn’t have any information and instead of saying sorry for that and take the blame, they are throwing everything at me and making me pay more money and keeping my deposit. And on top of that when i checked the driving licence of the car it was expired. I really hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you ☺️

Air ticket booked from Sharjah to Kannur..flight not fly
I booked air ticket from sharjah to Kannur. Flight not fly from there. Air India staff send them to Dubai airport after transfer our ticket to terminal 2 . We take taxi from Sharjah airport to Dubai terminal 2 . After arrived here they said seat not available..
Restocking fee not disclosed at point of sale
We bought a computer monitor. We went home and opened it and put it on the desk and felt it was too big so we went to exchange for smaller monitor the next day and they charged us AED480 penalty. They did not disclose this upfront at sales stage or point of sale stage. It’s dishonest.
Couldn’t procure Dishwasher, agreed to Refund and now nothing
I purchased a Dishwasher through Thwifty online. After the delivery date had past and the online website still said procuring, I contacted support. They didn’t know when it would arrive. After another 2 weeks and multiple emails and requests for a refund and no reply. They wrote back that they had the item and will get it delivered in 1.5 weeks. I said No, I wanted a refund, they said they would get the refund processed. After that, I have not heard anything else from them.
Very bad costumer service
The car was returned. It's been 25 days. I paid a deposit of 1,000 dirhams and no one is informing me about this and I request that I be informed when the money will be returned. I send messages on WhatsApp. I send emails. No one responds to my messages or emails.
